I walked in Friday March 22 at 3:45 PM and was not greeted nor even acknowledged by not one but two clerks behind counter. Both seemed giddy about making sure a worker at another branch got his order just right. When he was finished with his nit picking order, I approached counter and both workers turned their back on me and began going through sacks for the drive thru. There was no, "wait a second sir, sorry we are busy, we'll be right with you" nothing. So I stood there. And waited. And waited. Finally after about 5 minutes, I asked politely if there was anyone who could take my order. The one worker who was in a Managers uniform, an African American woman told me, "we are busy and will get to you when we get to you..OK?" I informed her I had been waiting patiently and the worker from the other store yelled, "It's not as easy at it looks man" I informed both that it was not Rocket Science as I had worked fast food as a teen but apparently it was to them. Read moreThe “manager” on duty was very rude. Being a manager she obviously doesn’t know how to read her tickets either. Someone ordered a BACON cheeseburger and she didn’t put bacon so the customer had to go back. We had a whopper with CHEESE and she didn’t put cheese then questioned my wife when she said it needed cheese saying in a rude way “did she pay for cheese” well if she knew how to read she would’ve seen whopper with cheese on the ticket. They must’ve been desperate to hire that joke of an employee to be a leader there when she can’t even read tickets. She also got rude with a family that took in a service dog asking where is its vest even after the gentleman pulled out the service dog proof. Only positive was the nice respectful woman who took our order and even complimented how we behaved my kids were.
