My family and I went to celebrate my daughters graduation. Worst place ever to do this. We were a party of 21 Could not accommodate. We had a waitress and a waiter. They both were rude! AJ was one of them, I don't remember the girls name. A family member asked AJ if he had like some kind of salsa and his answer was NO! very rude, quick loud answer and walked away. The girl waitress gave a hassle about ordering more alcohol beverages. Than turned around and went to say something to AJ, so here he comes rude as heck asking who the drinks were for? At this point as enough of him. So I asked for manger, she came and was very nice I asked that AJ not come back. She was fine with that. They took awhile to get all our tickets in order, between the 3 of them. All to find out while we were outside said saying our goodbyes and taking pictures the manger comes out as if WE were the ones who were trying to dine and dash. She came out being just as rude as her workers, saying we needed to pay his bill someone didn't pay this bill. I tried to explain to her That my husband had paid two bills and I had the receipts. She refused to hear it kept stating that it was my bill and that I had to pay it. When everybody pulled their receipts out to find out the three of them messed up somehow gave me someone else's bill. Before this day we Loved roadhouse, we will never be back ever! Like I told the manger, the 3 of y'all picked yalls job. You put in the application if you don't like your job then find another one. If you're having a bad day don't come in and take it out on your customers that's just unprofessional! DO BETTER ROADHOUSE FOR OTHERS WHO WILL BE BACK! this experience was a bad way to end a beautiful day. Thanks for...
Read moreMy son and I were enjoying a nice meal and a few beers. My son ordered a third beer. The manager came over and said she would not serve him another beer. I asked her why. She said he was slurring his words and would not look him in the eye. I explained he is on the autism spectrum trum and does not feel comfortable looking people, especially strangers, in the eye when speaking to them. He definitely was NOT slurring his words. I had ordered another beer because he decided to have one more. So, I said he could have mine. She asked us to leave. When I asked, she took my beer off the bill. It's not WHAT she did, so much it's the way she did it. I am in a wheelchair, and I gently put my hand on her arm when I tried to explain to her he was not drink nor driving. We were staying within walking distance of our hotel. She made a big scene over something very simple. She chose not to be diplomatic, but rather cofrontational. People around were staring. . One even asked my son what the problem was.. I did tell her. She was the truest manager I he ever met. When I touched her arm, she acted like I was being aggressive. like I said, I'm bound to a wheel hair and almost 70 years old. I was hardly getting ready to be physically aggressive with her. She was completely out if line. I think she's on a power trip. The waitress, however was nice and attentive to our needs. My son told the manager she would not get a tip, and she said "I don't get tips anyway". She was a snot-nosed kid who likes to throw her weight around. If she were my employee,she...
Read moreWorst experience ever. I never even got to try the main course because I got ill from the drink I received from the bartender. I don't know if the bartender was cheap and didn't want to make the drink right or if they were lazy but it made me soo ill I could not finish my salad and could not even start my main course. The wait staff was slow and either did not care or did not pay attention. We had to request silverware and one of our parties had to request their meal a second time because after everyone else was served the waiter did not notice they missed one of our party - we only had 5 of us in our party total. There was no offer for an adjustment and no apology but the staff knew the drink made me ill. When I asked for a juice to help mellow the drink out from all the spices, they brought me an open can only half full. When we left I noticed a box full of bags of peanuts... i couldn't tell you if they were to be offered because we were never given any. There were many occasions the staff could be seen up against walls gossiping with each other. When I inquired if there tables - I was told only booths so I have to assume they can not handle parties larger then 6 people. Very disappointing because I was expecting so much more and excited to try this restaurant out. I can not...
