I ordered chop chop every now then since it's close to work. They mess up often. One time they gave me a lite order and I didn't notice till after I got to work so I had to go back and get the correct order, they said they gave me someone else's order. another time they forgot my chicken on my entree I was really busy at work so I just had to eat the rice and vegetables. the third time I finally splurged and got a steak entree and I ordered it with extra vegetables when I got back to work it literally said on the receipt minus vegetables and it was only steak and rice. I was busy at work so I wasn't able to go back up there so I called back up there and they told me they would replace the order whenever I was ready. Went into detail about my last experience where i ordered the same thing & the extra zucchini was raw & i was a little upset cuz I had to cook the food i had paid them to cook for me the last time & that i should have a credit from that time. Yesica the manager informed me that they didn't do credit they only sent out free meal cards, told her i never got mine i guess so that was cool just make my order. Read moreI am really disappointed. I ordered from this chop chop all the time, so I was trying to be forgiving. I ordered at 11:14 and it was supposed to be here at 12:14. I work from home and don't have time to go out and get food, so I don't mind paying the delivery fee. At 12:22, it still hadn't arrived, and I got food for my dad and he only gets an hour lunch break, so I called. The order didn't go through, not a big deal, but they didn't even offer me a discount or anything even though I order from there all the time. The food arrived at 12:41. The bottom of my box had sauce or something on the bottom. I gave two stars because the food was correct but the experience was not. I will write another review next time we order.
