Chop Chop Rice Co. — Restaurant in Amarillo

I ordered chop chop every now then since it's close to work. They mess up often. One time they gave me a lite order and I didn't notice till after I got to work so I had to go back and get the correct order, they said they gave me someone else's order. another time they forgot my chicken on my entree I was really busy at work so I just had to eat the rice and vegetables. the third time I finally splurged and got a steak entree and I ordered it with extra vegetables when I got back to work it literally said on the receipt minus vegetables and it was only steak and rice. I was busy at work so I wasn't able to go back up there so I called back up there and they told me they would replace the order whenever I was ready. I wasn't able to go back because we were so busy at work so I called back on Tuesday to get my order replaced and the manager told me they only replace orders the same day or orders that were ordered through the app so after spending $17 on steak and rice I probably will...

Called in an order & was very specific about wanting a chicken fried rice with No mushrooms add jalapeños & extra zucchini. Went into detail about my last experience where i ordered the same thing & the extra zucchini was raw & i was a little upset cuz I had to cook the food i had paid them to cook for me the last time & that i should have a credit from that time. Yesica the manager informed me that they didn't do credit they only sent out free meal cards, told her i never got mine i guess so that was cool just make my order. Picked up my order, got home & guess what? My rice has mushrooms& raw zucchini again. Called back she wanted a pic, couldn't get it to upload so let her know i was coming back plz make my order right. Went to pick up new order and was treated like I was the one in the wrong instead of the customer that was wronged. I am really disappointed. I ordered from this chop chop all the time, so I was trying to be forgiving. I ordered at 11:14 and it was supposed to be here at 12:14. I work from home and don't have time to go out and get food, so I don't mind paying the delivery fee. At 12:22, it still hadn't arrived, and I got food for my dad and he only gets an hour lunch break, so I called. The order didn't go through, not a big deal, but they didn't even offer me a discount or anything even though I order from there all the time. The food arrived at 12:41. The bottom of my box had sauce or something on the bottom. I gave two stars because the food was correct but the experience was not. I will write another review next time we order.

Update: They called yesterday to correct everything. I didn't want my whole meal paid for just acknowledgement, but they took care of it. Thank you for valuing me as a customer. I appreciate the call and...
