Not only does this Taco Villa not disappoint when it comes to the food you expect, but the class of people working here is top notch. I run a small business and sometimes I do cash back specials so I happened to have a good chunk of cash on me today. I left my wallet on the back of my chair and it was 30 minutes after we left before I realized it. Drove back to the restaurant after we confirmed that they found it and I honestly was just glad to have my ID and cards back. I thought for sure my money would be gone but it would’ve been my fault if it was and I wasn’t happy, but I would have been ok with it. Staff were really nice to us and cooked great food even though we came in shortly before closing and stayed a bit after closing to finish eating. Considering that this was essentially a form of fast food, it was extremely good. I had a combination burrito with fries and sweet tea. The sweet tea was great, and the burrito was pretty awesome. I did not expect much from the fries but i was pleasantly surprised by their crisp texture and good flavor. Thank you so much for your hospitality and cooking! Also, the interior of the restaraunt looks great and has a ton of seating. I grew up in Amarillo and have always loved Taco Villa. Anytime I come to town, I have to make a stop or two while visiting. This was stop 2 on my recent 3 night trip.
The bean chalupa and bean burrito extra cheese are my favorites. Everyone in my family loves the taco burgers.
The salsa is so good! (Mad at myself for not remembering to bring some back to Chicago with me).
This location is always super clean. The workers greet everyone who comes in and thanks you for the visit on your way out.
