If you have any type of dietary concern then avoid this place at all costs. I admit, I have ate here more times than I can count, but never again. I made it extremely clear that I was ordering a Vegetarian Sandwich for my oldest daughter, who is a vegetarian. What's on the sandwich? Steak! Steak on a vegetarian sandwich. I understand for a non-vegetarian you are most likely thinking... what's the big deal? I get it, I do, but it's a big deal to her. I would write more but I will admit that I am rather upset. The staff didn't even care and the person I spoke to needed me to explain it twice as they weren't even listening the first time. I feel violated, lied to, and robbed. They have never, ever gotten my order right. We ordered two hook and ladder combos— one white and one wheat. Both were white. We ordered chips and chips were on our receipt, but we got no chips. They made the drinks backward (was supposed to be cherry coke and Diet Coke, but I think it’s a cherry Diet Coke and regular Diet Coke because the one with red syrup was punched diet) and I’m too afraid to drink either of them because I think they both have aspartame in them, and I’m allergic to it. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I love firehouse but I probably won’t be back, the service was completely terrible when my wife and arrived it wasn’t busy at all, so we did curbside pick up we called and it was the rudest person on the other end of the phone line. They told us they would have our order right out, waited 10 mins and still nobody came. My wife walked in didn’t even get the usual firehouse greeting were both very use too. Our food was just sitting on a rack and nobody was even around along with another ladies food that had been waiting 15 mins or more longer.
