The is the only store in Amarillo that I have ever had a problem at. The staff tends to pay more attention to each other than their customers. The young lady at the first window took my credit card and when she was giving it back she barely reached out the service window and tried to flip it to me and didn't make it to me. When that happened she closed the window continuing to have a conversation with another girl she was more interested in talking to than taking care of me. No apology or anything. I had to pull truck up and away from the building so I could get out and pick up my card. As I went back by the window I had to knock on the window and ask for my receipt. She opened the window and told me I would have to get it at the next window. I'm not happy. She just closed the window. Getting to the next window I waited for three minutes to get my order. I again had to ask for my receipt. It seemed to upset the young lady at that window. She had to asked a manager I assume to print it . That took another two minutes. The only thing that was right was the order. By the time we got our order it was cold. Even McDonald's food doesn't reheat well. I Know it's hard to find help right now but if you're paying $13 to $15 an hour it should be worth it. At least the first young lady should be terminated from her position. This kind of service is what will cause most businesses to automate and not have to pay people anything. Look at Walmart. I...
Read moreThe sign on you see when exiting the freeway said it was 5,000 feet south from the Sam's club gas station. But ended up being harder to find. It is a smaller building that was very busy, so it was sort of crowded. Inside it was pretty clean and the staff were quite efficient at getting through the long line of people quickly. We made our order at the kiosks instead of the counter though, because the menu is easier for my mother to see. AND surprisingly, they ALL worked! Our food was brought to us at our table, but they forgot our drink cups and my sons milk. Our order was wrong too, but that was alright, because they gave us a 6 piece nugget instead of a 4 piece 😉... The food was decent. The fries were not soggy, and the soda wasn't flat. And the tea didn't taste like it was sitting out as all day. They only draw backs to my visit was in the restroom and outside. There are only 2 stalls available in the restroom and not one changing table. 👎....BIG PROBLEM!!! So I had to change my sons diaper in my car. Which sucks. Lastly...outside there are NO nearby trash bins. Which is super annoying.
So any way, that's my review.

Read moreAs an ex employee, I wouldn't eat anything from this store. Under it's old management, the gm was making food without gloves, undercooking fries by a whole minute, refunding people's money wrong (she wouldn't give back tax, forcing you to pay tax twice). She even on multiple occasions made me run the entire front by myself, because she wanted to sit on the clock, again. (By all of front I mean, front counter order taking, running for both front and drive thru, handing out food for both front and drive thru, and making fries and desserts; a 5 person job). Took 2 months for my pay raise to kick in (had to go through the assistant gm after 6 weeks because the gm kept saying it takes a few weeks... She never filed it). It is now under new management. Quit after there were so many new workers that I literally became the trainer, without the pay. I had to train the new night manager how to close while only making 9 an hour. No thank you. Hopefully under the new management they can pass a health inspection and that they can find someone willing to explain to new workers how to make an ice cream cone for...
