One dreary February evening I made the decision to go to mod Pizza. I threw my golden brown hair into a messy bun and did my full makeup routine. I was really depressed after being relentlessly bullied all day long at school. Of course my crush, the star quarterback, didn't stand up for me but whatever. At this point I might as well just become a girl kisser. But I digress, since I was having such a bad day I knew that Mod would cheer me up. I couldn't help but break down sobbing on my walk through the parking lot. But that's when it happened, as I opened the doors a warm breeze blew my hair out of my messy bun, my natural beach wave curls brushing my neck, sending tingles down my spine. My tears were dried instantaneously. The cause of this delicious summer breeze in February was truly an angel. Her dazzling smile blinded my eyes, further supporting my previous statement of seeing a true angel. Her sparkling eyes shining like toasted cinnamon honey butter. I was immediately overcome with an intense, sensual urge to press my lightly glossed lips to hers. As this image filled my mind, all my pain and heartache from the day just instantly washed away. I anxiously waited in line, twiddling my thumbs nervously. When I finally approached the counter a sound like church bells ringing, fairy wings fluttering, and stars twinkling geaced my eardrums. Her voice was the most awe inspiring sound I've ever had enter my ears. I still remember her words clear as day, "Hi there! What can I get for you today?" I felt my heart skip a beat and my legs were threatening to give out from under me. This jaw dropping MODerator made me the best pizza I've ever had but only because it was her King Midas touch that turned my food into gold. I'll always remember the miracle of the MODerator. 10/10 will...
Read moreMod Pizza is AMAZING. First, ALLERGIES: I have a dairy allergy and cannot have even the smallest amount of dairy. We got on their website and found an extremely detailed allergen menu. Their regular crust doesn't have any dairy and they offer DAIRY FREE cheese at NO additional cost! They also offer gluten free crust for about $2 more. So dairy, or gluten allergy, you can eat here! Please understand, it is not a gluten free or dairy free environment so cross contamination is possible.
Second, PRICE: For one price (about $7.50) you get an 11-inch pizza with WHATEVER toppings you want at no additional charge. There are some MODifications you can make to the crust that may increase or decrease your total amount, but the amount of toppings doesn't change the price at all.
Third, SPEED: They bake the pizza right there for you! From what I could tell, all the toppings are pre-cooked, so you don't have to worry about under-cooked meat or veggies. But the crust itself is rather thin, allowing them to bake it faster than a normal pizza. We got in, waited in line for about 5 minutes, then placed our order. We paid, and as we were getting our drinks, our names were called out to pick up our freshly baked pizzas.
Fourth, TASTE: It was DELICIOUS! I worked at a fancier pizza place in high school, so I understand the difference between low quality ingredients and high quality ingredients. MOD is definitely high quality.
Overall: We will definitely be going back! Excellent service, fantastic food, and just overall fantastic! I highly recommend going here if you want a truly personalized pizza at an...
Read moreI ordered online and came 10 mins late to pick up. I was told they were behind and its be at least 15 mins. So if I pull over to parking spot for carry out they will bring it to me. I didnt mind waiting...this was at 730 I patiently waited until 833 pm and found that they supposedly refunded our money and figured we never showed up for our 73.00 order. They said I could still take the pizza at no charge because it was cold. I took it because I was feeding 10 people at my house and didnt want to figure something else out that late. A certain employee argued that I really didnt wait an hour but in reality I did and that didn't even cover the fact I was waiting for them to bring it out to my car because that's what they told me what to do. They didnt bring it. It seriously sat in there for an hour. I wasnt happy and I'm not usually a person that throws a fit or makes a scene, I dislike it when something can't be resolved in a mature manner. I get things happen...but then it got better that we were missing one of the pizzas so someone who is allergic to a lot of things didnt even get to eat. We were fine because they messed up and it was free anyways...that's until I found that we were still charged for the pizza and they got a tip that they most certainly didn't deserve and we are for sure never coming back. I feel like we got robbed for pizza that wasn't the best, they got a tip and took my time from me. Worst...
