Box Bite — Restaurant in American Fork

Now if there is something I can crush, it's pizza. It's always a go to when I'm not feeling anything complicated. Over all my experience was good.

The staff was friendly. The interior design is modern with a country'ish feel from the farmhouse style lighting and high bar seating built from pipes. I deducted a half star for dining room cleanliness. Large amounts of dust on lighting and in windows. But I've also worked food and beverage for 18 years and understand it was just after the rush.

We pretty much had one of everything. The menu is a bit confusing because it seems repetitive with the different options. So I'm not 100% what we got.

Food was fresh and prepared to order. The dough was the perfect texture. It had a variety of flavors which was nice to have because pizza can get boring to eat after a few slices. I would love something like this for catering at my next event.

I deducted a half star because one thing I found odd was the lack of sauces. None of the bites we had, including the original (cheese,pepperoni) had no marinara. Neither did the margarita. You can purchase sauce (2oz portion cup) for .50. Besides that, It was over all very good and I look forward to coming back when I'm in this area. My husband and I went here for a quick date night. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with! He guided us through the menu to help us decide what we wanted and was so kind and friendly, and clearly took great pride in the food he served (as he should!) He even made a recommendation that turned out to be one of my favorites (the Gem, a must try in my opinion).

We loved how there was such a big selection so my husband and I could each try many things and figure out what we liked. Some of our favorites were the uncle mozzy, the gem, the Meesto, the bacon one-- gosh it's hard to say favorites because there were so many. We also really liked the Nutella strawberry one!

The price was great-- It was $28 for a dozen of the specialty bites, and we left so full we couldn't possibly take another bite. My husband and I split the dozen. It was a great deal for how great it was and how much we got from it!

We will absolutely be back for more date nights, and you'll probably see more door dash orders from us than I'd like to admit! Seriously so yummy-- we can't wait...

Have you tried an Esfiha?! I had not and was soooo thankful to be introduced to them by the Fabulous people behind Box Bite.

Now I don't know if I just picked all the right flavors but each one was STELLAR and that dough... Oh My. It a had Great chew, hit of sweetness and the bake on it was Perfection.

Gem - Escarole, Cheese, Blue Cheese and Bacon

Mad Nana - Condensed Milk, Banana and Cinnamon《《

The Mad Nana was my Top Pick. The condensed milk with the bananas on that dough. Words cannot express the greatness that happens when you take a bite!
