Andy did my nails and I absolutely love them. Normally I get almond shape and have them as short as they can but decided to do something different this time. Andy is incredible and can do any design or shape. I highly recommend him! He Also told me multiple times if I don’t like something to please come back and he would fix it. I I think he’s so much more skilled than the other salon that I had been going to. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem. I also got a pedicure (not from Andy but a lady there). It was really nice except I didn’t feel like my feet were as smooth after as they are when I go somewhere else but honestly I feel like if they knew it they’d be willing to fix it and work on them longer. The lady who did the Pedicure was really nice. I also saw her do an amazing job on someone else’s acrylic nails who brought in a picture that was full of artwork.

I’ve been coming here for months (only place I’ve used since moving here), and the first few months my experience was awesome. A few months ago the ownership changed and I met the owners, they were phenomenal with a great vision. Unfortunately every visit since has been a disappointment. Today I tried one more time, only to leave mid appointment.

I wanted black dip (which I’ve done twice at this place). Right after I sat down, two ladies literally argued over who’s turn it was to do my nails, and after the first one started, I had to move to the other because of their argument. Then after she had taken off half my nails she asked what I wanted (I had already told the First Lady) and lady number 2 said we don’t have black, you can pick a different color. At this point I gave up and left despite my nails being half gone.

I have wedding to attend with green theme. Paul who happened to be the owner of the salon did an amazing job with my detailed nail art. I came and handed Paul a 20% discount card I got from my friend. Paul and his partner were so nice and friendly. We had a little chat and I found out their current business situation. I learned that they recently bought this Business last year from their friends who said that they are moving out of State. However Paul found out that his friends opened a new Salon in Saratoga Springs with the same exact business name. His friend took all of their Nail Technicians to their new Nails Salon, not only that, they also took the customer list.
