B-Bop's — Restaurant in Ames

I love B-bops. Great place, even worked as one. It was this one. However, when I worked there, it was horrible. It is still horrible to this day. I went there today around 1015am. I pulled up to the speaker and Lupe was nice at first and I started my order and she asked if that was all, I said no. She said ‘great! your total is $9.97’ What? So I said, I wasnt done ordering in a nice tone and she just ignored me. So, I pulled up to the window and explained to her that I wasnt done ordering and she rolled her eyes. No apology, no nothing. So I told her the rest of my order. I ordered 1 small fry, 1 large fry and a chili cheese fry. She gave me the chili cheese fry and the small fry but charged me for the large fry? There wasnt even a second fry on there. Also, while I was at the window, I was just looking in the window because I like seeing how stuff gets made because it calms me down. She kept looking at me and gave me the rudest stink eye every time. I dont like this B-bops. I didnt even mean to come to this one but after today, I will NOT be going back to this one. We love Bbop but we won't go to this location again. 😔 We placed our order and then she repeated but she repeated back wrong. We asked if she got the burger with ketchup pickle and onion. She said nothing. Even though the mic is open and we are im sorry hello. Hello.. finally she got the biggest attitude and yells that what I said! We are ok. We just drive off who ordering from folks that feel it's ok to talk crazy to people when we number one clarifying the order number two no you didn't say that or we would have asked and numbered third it's your job to talk to customer without acting crazy. They tried to kill me!! I have food allergies and most places I have been to ask what would you like on your sandwich. I understand food may in contact with items you are allergic to, but I got a sandwich and an item I am allergic to was put on the sandwich. But first place I pull up to order and was going get 5 meals. But was only allowed to order a sandwich. Get the sandwich and that is when I noticed it had a condiment I cannot have. The employees were rude and disrespectful when it was brought to their attention. Filed a complaint didn’t hear anything, so I called and the man offered me a compensation which has now been well over a week and nothing.
