Some teams work perfectly together when dealing with a strong morning rush: this is not one of those teams.
I arrived at 7:10, just enough time to grab some breakfast and get to work. I was the first in line, then about 5 people lined up behind me. I was left waiting at the register for 10 minutes while the cashier counted out the money in the whole drawer, trying to move it into a different one. When they finally decided to address the growing line, a drive thru employee took my order, or at least most of it. As soon as I finished telling her my coffee was 1 cream 2 sugar she was gone without even taking my travel mug or the rest of my order. I was served a medium black coffee and was told I would be cashed out. I paid for the coffee and added a breakfast sandwich to the order then I waited. And waited. 5 people behind me were served their coffee and sandwiches before I had to ask if they were working on mine; they were not. Finally I received my order, and after 25 grueling minutes in the store I was late for work.

I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional, and repulsive employee anywhere in my life. The manager on shift treated others (employee & customers) with disgusting behavior. (Eye rolling, attitude, argumentative) Was eating food while working and talking to customers, not wearing gloves, and making food / drinks for customers in between eating (did not wash hands). I witnessed her insult another customer, argue and raise her voice (completely unprompted might I add) all because they kindly asked for a coffee to be remade. No individual should be allowed to treat other people, let alone customers, with so much disrespect. This place has some serious management issues, you can tell the employees are trying their best but it seems like they are way over stressed by the ratio of customer orders to employees leading to mistakes in orders all the time… while you are placing your order in the drive through they are taking the order of somebody else in the store thanks to their earpiece all while they are checking out a mobile order that somebody placed while they are preparing the coffee for the person before you. want your coffee made a certain way? bagel cooked a certain way? Ingredients added or removed? Too bad! they’re taking so many orders at once that they are gonna make it however they feel like making it.
