Service is AWFUL. doesnāt even deserve one star tbh. I worked at dunkinās for a few years at a different location and my coworkers NEVER acted like the way she has. My friends used to work at this dunks like 2 years ago and it was a great place. iām not sure if the lady we have problems with is new but I never had a experience like I have with her. We tend to go there around 8 pm-12 am some nights but thatās because itās one of the only 24 hours in our area. Not even my worst customers in my food service jobs and retail was this insane and those are CUSTOMERS at dunks who have a bad rep for being crazy over their coffee which most dunks the employees are dealing with a lot but they still put on a smile and act respectful . Bagels either come out burnt or not even cooked and itās ALWAYS when the bigger girl & sheās a bit older (no hate but thatās the only way i can refer to her). The only way I can get the food I want is by ordering mobile order because otherwise she will lie and say they donāt have it when you can visibly see the item i requested. A lot of workers there are nice but this woman who I truly hope gets the customer service training she so clearly needs because freaking out over a refresher and bagel is insane to me. Iāve just never had to deal with this and we are always nice and me and my friend went there again today and of course my friends hash browns werenāt even cooked. Lied about prices with hashbrowns and snackin bacon. I decided to only do a review because going to the owners seem so extreme but honestly if this happens again I will contact the owners because I know from working at my old dunkinās owners do not tolerate this. It sucks having to work in fast food all day I know but you donāt take that out on the customer. Even when the customer is being rude. Unless you wanna potienally lose your job. Today however was the last straw. As I said I have been visiting this location for years . it is nice and near my work so I predominantly went there for convince. Until today's experience I have been given iced when asking for hot coffee, given the wrong sizes for orders, been given turkey and breakfast sausage when asking for the turkey sausage, had a bacon egg and cheese with no bacon, been given English muffins instead of Cresent rolls, had orders void of sugar when asked. And those are just some of the on a regular basis experience myself and some of my coworkers have had when using this place as our main source of caffeine. But today, oh today got on the last straw and snapped it. There was a line, which I can understand with the clock changes. What I can not forgive is the group of 4 employees huddled together, visible through the drive through windows allowing orders to pile up while I wait for a simple hot large xx. When they finally opened the window the cashier tried to hand me a latte. Normally I am one to forget to check but I tried to correct him. Instantly this employee tried to tell me I was wrong and read off my order. Which to no ones surprise was a hot large xx. They hadn't even made my coffee at that point. After the drive thru attended made my coffee there was no apology, just a "here you go and closed the windows. I'm drinking it and pretty sure this is regular and not xx but now I am too angry to go back. It took almost 10 mins from start to finish where I could have otherwise gone down to road to another coffee shop. The very sweet cashier proceeded to bag them up in sixes, then place them in a large bag for me to carry. Another employee, I believe her name was Sharley came over and told her "NO those need to go in boxes". She pulls out the boxes and begins putting the bagels in, which is when I tell her I don't need the boxes, I'd rather not waste paper like that. She rolls her eyes at me, makes a rude face and ignores me and keeps boxing up my bagels. ???? This is the most bizarre thing to me. If a customer doesn't want a box then don't give them a damn box.
