1st time to visit a Kneaders restaurant. There was a long line to order, but you wait next to a bakery display case. So it gave me more of a chance to decide between all of the yummy looking treats. I chose a chocolate croissant, a raspberry tart, and a turkey avocado salad. Everything was awesome! It's good that we shared the salad and treats because the menu choices were pretty pricey. We still left feeling satisfied. The atmosphere was casual, clean, and pleasant. The decorations were cute and I saw a place that appeared where you can make and purchase gift baskets. There were no prices or instructions marked and no one to ask for help, so I can only assume. We sat next to the window and soaked up some sun. I gave lower score for service because of the long wait and the only interaction we had with staff was the cashier who wasn't friendly or helpful. She was just there to take orders, and seemed upset because she was busy. I don't know. But it didn't feel like a good first impression to a new business as a customer. The stars I gave were for the cleanliness. Updated 1/25, changed service score to a 4. Staff was all pleasant this time, but couldn't still answer a simple menu question. They were just happy with I don't know. So we didn't buy the item we were asking about. The food we did buy was very good and fresh. Update 10/08/25, my husband loves buying the big bags of bread ends here. It's a good price ($3.99) for that much fresh bread and we enjoy the variety of slices. The family makes toast or sandwiches with them.

Delightful lunch with hubby today at Kneaders. Gorgeous display of breads, desserts, and holiday gift options. I ordered the Turkey cranberry croissant which came with a green salad, added chips. It was delicious, with moist, freshly cooked Turkey. Half of sandwich with the chips was plenty for me - had to save room for dessert! My dessert was the raspberry cheesecake tart. It was very flavorful and the perfect finish to the meal. Hubby ordered the Club sandwich which came on fresh sourdough bread. It was FULL of goodness! Again, it had freshly cooked, moist Turkey as well as roast beef, ham and the fixings. He was ambivalent about the Parmesan chips & will likely get BBQ or Sea salt next time. His dessert was a chocolate mousse. It was certainly decadent! And tasted great to the final bite. Additionally the cashier was very helpful in providing info so we could make our choices, and the ambiance was especially lovely with holiday gifts & gift baskets on display for purchase. Only complaint? We would have loved to purchase a couple of sourdough bread bowls that were visible on wall shelves. When we asked we were told those are what they use for meal orders through the day & are not available for purchase. Bummer!! Maybe one day soon they will be available to buy. Overall… Fantastic experience & we’ll be back.

Kneaders is a solidly decent place to get a sandwich and some soup. It can get a bit loud in the dining area and the set up of the ordering area feels cramped and slightly stressful as it's not very large and there is a lot of stuff in that area. Sometimes the service seems really rushed and it would be nice if they had menus available that people could look at while they stand in line. The bread is about when you'd get in a nicer grocery store but not of the quality that you would find in a good bakery. The same goes for the pastries that they have on offer. They aren't particularly inspired or creative. It can feel a bit loud in the dining area and you will have to bus the table yourself. For the prices that they charge it would be a nicer experience to have waitresses and a more comfortable dining area in my opinion.

This place is a very bad JOKE!

It's the third time we're here, after the first time it was bad, second time it was ok, and this time it was the worst.

We walk in there, and the place is EMPTY. The four employees are talking about how to clean the floors, about three feet away from us.

We wait for a FEW MINUTES until one of them reluctantly comes over to take our order. They're out of apple pie. Fine.

My wife ordered a hot vanilla latte and I ordered an iced latte.

My wife also ordered the eclair and I ordered the chocolate moose ball.

After 10 minutes the moose and eclair get to our table. Hooray!

It takes another 10 minutes to get our coffees.

BUT, WE ONLY GOT HOT & COLD MILK! NO COFFEE IN EITHER CUPS!!!

It took you so long to get two cups of milk to us and forgot to put any COFFEE in them?

We take them back to the counter, where the girl says "yes, this does look pale, I'll get you new ones".

Another 10 minutes, and we got our drinks, with coffee this time.

Do you think that the manager would come over to apologize? Maybe give a voucher for next time? Naaaaaaaaa, she couldn't be bothered!!!

We will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

With this kind of stupidity, lack of professionalism, lack of service, lack of pride in what they do, and a manager who clearly doesn't give a damn, this place should be out of business, and the sooner,...

I love Kneaders... Their french toast is one of the most amazing things on the planet and their smoothies are soooo good. Those are actually probably the only things I get there. With that being said, I'm less and less impressed with this location each time I go. They're out of ingredients half the time I go. When I went a few weeks ago, I was the only person in the drive thru and it took FOREVER. I sat at the drive thru window for a good five minutes before anyone came to get my payment, and another 15 minutes (not even exaggerating) waiting for JUST a smoothie. While I sat there, I saw at least 3 or 4 employees standing around laughing and joking whole the person who was trying to help me was acting totally flustered. When I asked why it took so long, he shrugged and gave me a look that said, "I know, but I'm trying my best and they're not helping." I just went this morning for our traditional Saturday morning french toast and smoothies. They were out of strawberries (????) and they forgot the syrup in one of our orders (the best part!!!). I didn't realize it until I got home because I assume it's all there like it always is, and I'm not about to drive 20 minutes across town because of their mistake. They also just jacked the price up on their smoothies, and they're only 16oz. This random stuff that always happens is...
