Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ammon

Really love chic fil A. My most favorite is the honey roasted bbq sauce. My recent visit. I needed a snack/lunch for a Dr appointment that takes a few hours. Appointment at 10. They serve breakfast until 10:30. So ordered a chicken biscuit. Closest to normal lunch sandwich. (Which actually really liked it on a biscuit) Order on app about 9:15. Head to pick up before appointment. Get there at 9:20 cause live close. Check in. Expect a bit wait since only 5min. There was another car waiting at pick up when I arrived. Just sitting and chilling. Look at time notice it 9:30. So been 10min. Start wondering. Staff came out w other cars food. So chilling for a bit more. Finally my food came out at 9:40. Waited 20min. That's unusual. Usually they are very quick. Ordered one the watermelon drinks to try and not really fan of it. Previous visit. Order for family. We have 6. Actually got all our order. Usually missing at least 1-2 things. Just this time got very little sauce. Got like 1 chic fil a ,1ranch, 1the spicy ones, 2ketchup. For 6meals. Especially since at least ½ the meals should automatically come with the honey roasted bbq. Yet didn't get any. That's the main reason go there, just for that sauce. Couple Previous visits. Usually 1-2 missing items. Example missing 1 drink, or side order of mac &cheese. There use to be option to order a classic or spicy chicken sandwich bundle. Like a 2pk or 4pk. That option is no longer available. I liked this bundle. Since feeding 6. With ½ being teen boys. Sometimes they just hungry and want 2 sandwiches. Now can't afford order...

Normally we are big Chick-fil-a fans however this was the worst visit I have ever experienced. The employee taking my order read it back to me correctly. However when i got to the next employee who read the order out to give me a receipt, he said the 12 count nugget was fried not grilled as I requested. In order to fix it, he said we would have to refund the whole transaction and redo it. I felt that would take too long as there was a line of cars behind me and i was ordering for 5 people. I just had him add another 12 count nugget (grilled) and I paid for that too. When I got to the order delivery area, there were 3 or 4 people there at a time gossiping about which guys they liked and telling stories about their weekend. It really seemed like they were more into talking than giving out the order as they stood there with trays of food finishing their conversations. When my food came out, I mentioned that I had ordered an extra grilled nugget with sauce after my initial order and asked if it was in the bag she gave me. She said she didn't know and looked at me. I took a look in the bag and didn't see it. She walked back to the window where they told her it was in there. I trusted that maybe it was tucked in the bottom and left. Upon arriving at home, the grilled nuggets were not in the bag nor the spicy sauce I ordered with them. Im very disappointed in CFA tonight. We did a curbside order, in which we ordered 2 5 counts of nuggets. we waited patiently for the food, an additional 5+ minutes after the app said it was on its way.

Upon recieving the food, We examined the bag to double check and only found one 5 count of nugget. The person delivering it hadnt even finished walking away, so we called out to him and let him know there was only one nugget in the bag. He returned inside after asking for our name.

A few moments later, he returned and asked us for the reciept. thats fine, but it was adhesive and on the side of the bag. he returned again. Next, some manager (?) came out and told us that her worker insists that they put it in the bag and theres no way that it isnt in our bag.. Thats cool, but we are still missing a nugget. We havent moved from the spot, either. Nothing has changed, except my husband is eating his salad, and im eating my chips (which arent nuggets, by the way.)

Finally, she gets us a nugget.

Usually i have good customer service st this location. I was extremely disappointed that we felt, essentially, that we were attempting to steal a 5 count nugget from cfa- I love the company, but being made to feel like a thief after spending 30 dollars is ridiculous.
