(3/10/25) Don’t expect your order to come out if you order Curbside. They’ll just put the bag into the pickup area and think it’s an In Store Pickup, forcing you to go inside for your order.
Update: Well? Any word from the team? If they aren’t going to bring orders out to cars and have people come in even on a clear day, they might as well turn off the Curbside Pickup option. I mean the food was great at this location when I visited, but if the employees can’t fulfill customers requests, then that’s negative. My friend placed a curbside order not too long ago. He placed it 15 minutes before he arrived, and then he waited 15 minutes in his car after he hit the check in button. He went in, and his bag was at the counter the entire time. This exact same thing happened to me at the date I originally wrote this review.
Update 2: I took a look at a guy’s review of the inappropriate manager staring and gossiping at a teen girl and her friends, and boy did that upset me. That same manager was the one who gave me my order after I had to go inside when they didn’t want to bring my order out. As a young adult, I absolutely do not like predators and when a manager is staring at teenage girls and gossiping about them, that is not okay at all. In fact, one of my friends witnessed this incident not too long ago, when he was eating with his wife. He saw the same group of girls and when the manager whispered and stared at them, my friend got up, and yelled at the manager. The manager got all rude about it and told my friend and his wife to leave, which meant they got kicked out for defending those girls. This behavior is why I decreased the stars of my review (originally 3).
Reply to 2nd Update: Fabricated, false, period? Nothing is being false here. You really should take a look at your employees behavior and their lying before accusing me of making up stories. If you don’t believe me, then fire that manager who is a predator. As a matter of fact, the management and ownership here is off the rails. I Placed a curbside order because I had sleeping kids in the car. Placed the order while I was outside, the completion time was about 20 minutes but was willing to wait. I clicked the I'm Here a couple minutes after I placed my order. I saw 6-7 people walk in and out with thier orders during my wait. It wasnt extremely busy and they had at least 4 people working. I was patient until I was waiting 10 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready (30 min). I woke up the kids and took them inside and waited another few minutes to even get spoken to. When I asked for my order they looked around cluelessly at tickets for a minute then found it and said they would get it started. Needless to say I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes for my order. I asked to cancel it and they didn't know how and said the shift lead was in the bathroom and they would call me. He called about 10 minutes later and asked what happened but didn't apologize or really seem to care. He said he would try and refund my money but I'd probably have to do it in the app. Yay!, now I get to spend another 15-30 minutes trying to get my money back. Read moreRude, curt staff that abruptly tries to make you quickly give your order before you decide which sandwich you want. Upon telling them which sandwich I wanted they gave me a different bread than what I asked for then had the gall to look at me when I brought their mistake to their attention. I told them ' no lettuce ' on either sub yet the young man making our subs STILL put lettuce on anyway. There was a very miniscule amount of meat and cheese on our subs ( FAR less than what is normally placed on them when purchased in the past ) and when I brought it to the attention of the young man preparing our sandwiches, he already had them wrapped and asked for payment. The whole line staff literally seemed to be without concern with how they callously treated us and disregarded us/how we wanted our subs prepared. All they wanted was our money. Very disconcerting and sad. We used to enjoy purchasing food from Jersey Mikes but after today, it's likely we aren't going to be dining at a Jersey Mikes again. I guess we'll be going to Firehouse Subs...
