Horrible experience the first time I ate here it was great but tonight was horrible I won’t be back The service was terrible the girl at the register was extremely rude she completely messed up my order so I had to go ask them to fix it before they cooked it she made me feel so uncomfortable how rude she was acting

The kids working were running around everywhere playing one boy cooking dropped a hamburger patty on the floor and literally picked it up off the floor and put it back on the stove and continued to cook it so gross and sad for whoever was going to eat that after it had been on the dirty floor .

I watched them hand, a lady her food to go, and they were getting ready to walk out after they had went through the bag and looked at everything in their bag. The older man from the back came out and asked them for their bag back and said that he mixed up their order he took their bag back there took food out of the bag and gave it back to the lady then he gave that hamburger that was in the lady’s bag to somebody else after she had touched it I saw it all after that I was so grossed out i didn’t even want my $30 meal I was waiting for.

That same rude girl that was working the register was running the register working on the food and playing at a table with friends eating there grabbing everything with the same gloves, she was touching the food with so gross.

After all that my food was not cooked right I asked for extremely well done no pink and got pink hamburger like extra pink at that. Along with hair in my frys so we threw our food away and went to five guys

Like I said in previously the first time I visited, the food was great. It’s too bad. A good thing has to be wasted on unsanitary bad service. But no one wants a good hamburger off the dirty floor or someone’s germs on there food not worth the taste no thank you I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone but I would recommend the health department check in on these guys before someone...

I have eaten here a few times and every time I think the food is fantastic. Tonight was the first time I did an online order and it was subpar service. I ordered online and it gave me a time that it would be ready. I showed up to the restaurant at that time And stood by the register that said “online orders“. Nobody came to help me so after a few customers had ordered at the other register I leaned over and asked about how online ordering worked, since it was my first time online ordering, I did not know what I should do so I was waiting at the “online order” register and wondered if someone could help me. That employee then told me that no one was working that register and said I could just go wait by the wall until my order is ready. I continued to wait for a bit and nobody called. I noticed in the back kitchen there were orders waiting under a heat lamp. I then got in line for the register to order food and when it was my turn, I again told that same employee, I had an online order, he went over to the Heat lamp and found my order, Which was the one that had been sitting there. That is disappointing to me that my food sat there for so long and I could’ve picked it up when I first got there if someone was willing to help. I will say the food is delicious but With the way they do online ordering,, online ordering is not...

Look at our food. Two burgers, one fry, and one drink. The price for all of this, a meal and a half, four items, was $30. I mean... that's insanely pricey especially since the burgers were so small. Now here's the thing that's hard about writing this review. The burgers were good, like really good. They would definitely be part of my top 5 burgers I've ever had. They are however, really messy. My first bite had juices flowing all over the place which wasn't a huge deal for me. The flavor made me not care but I needed a good amount of napkins. The fries on the other hand, were kinda gross... Really bland and just like the burgers, way overpriced. The wait to get the food was kinda ridiculous as well. I'd say it took around 20-30 minutes to get our food which was annoying but semi understandable. They are a new restaurant and it was a Saturday night. So the reviews that say the hamburgers are great, they speak truth. The people who say it's a fair or good price have no idea what they're talking about and for some reason, enjoy and support getting ripped off. This place falls in the category of really good, but crazy priced burgers that will make it so we will not be back...
