I honestly can’t decide if I liked it or not. The drink was wayyyy too sweet, there are customizations for the sweetness, so next time I’ll try to ask for less but it was so sweet it made me feel sick. Almost $9 for a drink is a little ridiculous, I know boba is expensive and this is a specialty drink shop but… seriously. Most of the drinks don’t come with boba or “toppings” so you have to add it on for almost a whole dollar each. Additionally, the menu was super confusing- I couldn’t figure it out without someone at the counter walking me through because nothing was labeled or described. There was just a grid of specialty drinks, with weird names and then a bunch of flavors and other stuff. I had to ask the worker about everything to understand. Also, I wish there were some other options for herbal tea like a raspberry or hibiscus would be really yummy for this. The whole place feels pretty empty, hardly any seating and no decor or anything to give the place character- feels sterile or unfinished and unwelcoming. I liked the drinks we got, but they were too sweet, too expensive, and the place wasn’t interesting to be.

By far the worst boba I’ve ever had. To start, I couldn’t even finish it and the smoothie separated into this within 2 hours. When walking in, the employee was unfriendly and he did not bother to greet us even though the store was empty. Upon attempting to order, all of our desired selections were unavailable, the employee said they were out of strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, taro…(pretty much all of the popular flavors). He was also very clearly annoyed when we asked what flavors they did have available. I ended up ordering a mango/raspberry smoothie with boba. When I said my order, he asked what kind of boba and I responded saying “just normal” and he said “I don’t know what that means,” very rudely. Overall the employee was very unfriendly. Once I got my drink, it tasted like absolutely nothing and the boba was uncooked. The same for my husband’s drink and when he tried to insert his straw, the lid fully ripped open and the drink splashed out lol. All in all, for $14+ for 2 small drinks, the bad customer service and gross drinks are NOT worth it.

We came opening day, something we don’t typically do. We thought we would be able to snag some of the handouts, but barely missed out by only a few people. It was unfortunate since we noticed a number of people cutting in line, but what can you do. The boba is good, my favorite is by far the cookies and cream with brown sugar being my runner up. The Taiwanese fish balls were surprisingly springy, but tasty. We ended up liking them. The takoyaki seemed off to me, but I’ve only had them at Hokkaido. Anyways, not my favorite thing in the world, but fun to try. The inside seems like it is missing furniture or wall art. I see they are going for a certain aesthetic, but it just seems a little awkwardly bare. We have already been back, so give them a shot!

EDIT: The business implies that this was last year but I went to this location 1/17/25 and have the receipt and bank statements to prove it, so I'm not sure what that was about except possibly trying to discredit what I said. I also wasn't complaining about it being busy, I was complaining that they were severely understaffed. even if we were the only ones in there, it would have been rough on this kid. They barely even addressed the actual complaints I had. Here's the otherwise unchanged first review: Firstly, there was just one poor kid working by himself and it was fairly busy so they were very understaffed. So when I ordered a milk tea with boba as part of the Wednesday special (any drink and 2 spam musubi) I wasn't super surprised when I got just the milk tea. It was busy. I waited ~5 min for the kid behind the counter to get caught up with all the orders before I walked up to the counter to ask for some boba. He then said I don't get boba with a milk tea, and I said I had specifically asked for some at the beginning and also I had gotten the special that says any drink can be included. He then reiterated that I couldn't get boba with this, when again, I had asked for some in the first place. I still wanted boba since that's the whole point of going to a boba place and I didn't want to cause a scene so I paid the stupid 64 cents for boba but I seriously should not have had to. I also recognize that 64 cents is not a big deal to most people but it was frustrating on multiple layers and he just had to walk over and grab a scoop. The actual drinks did taste good, the spam musubi is pricy for what it is but was solid and also tasty, the Wednesday deal makes it worth it when you look at prices realistically. Boba was nearly perfect in texture. The ambiance was fine, very empty but as far as I know, that's what they're going for. seating isn't super comfortable but eh oh well. I don't think I will be coming again but I can appreciate everything except the unnecessary upcharge. Also they have games, which can be fun. Seems like something those wannabe influencers would die for. If it weren't for the understaffing and that 64 cents that I am stubborn about, I'd likely give 3 stars. Not amazing...

My hubby and I stopped by after church to try the new boba spot. We ordered two drinks and probably waited a total of 40 minutes to get our order (mind you they are still new and exciting, so it was kind of busy). I heard the gal at the front call our order name "Gray" so I went up to the counter to claim our order. I only saw one drink sitting there and though it was Taro, it definitely was not the Taro Heaven smoothie I ordered. "Gray?" I asked to confirm, and the gal said yes. I then asked if the second drink was coming out soon as well and the gal confirmed yes. Okay, waited for the second drink and began to drink the basic taro milk tea that I had gotten instead, not wanting to make a fuss about it being incorrect because I didn't want to wait around for another 20-30 minutes for a new drink when they were clearly busy. About 5 minutes later they called "Gray" again and we went up to get my husband's drink. Then we saw both the drink I had ordered AND my husband's drink. The gal tried telling me that I had taken someone else named Amy's drink, and while that is mistakenly what happened, when I went to get "my order" I clarified both the name she called, and the order to which she confirmed both. Lastly, the drinks were delicious, but not sealed properly, so when I went to get in our truck to leave, I got Taro Heaven smoothie all over my hands which then melted down and dripped all over the interior of the truck.

Hoping the service and quality assurance gets better as the...

I have wanted a boba shop in Idaho Falls for years, so you can imagine how delighted I was to find out that we finally got one! I have been there twice. Firstly, I got their Cookies and Cream blended drink with tapioca boba at fifty-percent sugar level, which was phenomenal. Secondly, I got their Brown Sugar drink with tapioca boba at the same sugar level, which was equally incredible. I highly appreciate that they have different options for sugar inclusions, as high amounts of sugar upset my stomach. I am lactose intolerant, so I was relieved to find that they offer both soy and almond milk options. Moreover, the atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant.

However, I have a few suggestions. Firstly, I would love if they had an oat milk substitution. I believe that the vanilla-adjacent flavor of the oat milk could enrich the flavor of the milk tea offerings. Secondly, I believe it would be wonderful if this location opened at 9:00am-10:00am. Many people get their beverages in the morning to start off their day, including me. I would love to frequent this place more often, but this store opens at 11:00am-12:00pm — an inconvenient time for me for such runs. Therefore, I will only be an occasional customer.

Overall, I highly recommend...
