I order drinks through the app quite frequently for my employees. Every time without fail we have multiple drinks that either are the wrong soda, missing the add ins or both. I don’t have the time to bring the drinks back and get them corrected. Even when I go through the drive through and order a single drink I have had it wrong countless times. This is extremely frustrating that I am paying for add ins that I am not receiving. The employees need to check their work. This location is right next to our place of business, but next time we might drive out of our way to go somewhere else if this continues to happen or not made right by the business.
