I went in at 9:30pm there was nobody in the store yet all the tables had lettuce on them. There were flys everywhere. And that’s not even the food. We got 3 toasted sandwiches, none of the cheese was melted and it was still cold on all 3 “toasted” sandwiches the bread didn’t even have the crunch of having been toasted. The tomato tasted bad and left me feeling ill. The lack of meat was horrible and the veggies were soggy and the sauce was flavorless. The next day it was even worse, the veggies had basically liquidated. When trying to check out I had a coupon to get 3 foot longs for $17.99 and we got 2 small fountain drinks. It should have been $25 roughly. She rung us up and said the total was $45! Upon me correcting her she was just like oh well it’s not working and applied her staff discount which made it $35 and said that’s the best I can do. I said but that’s still significantly more. She goes and gets her coworker who put in the coupon with no problem. Come to find out it was the fact I got a Mexicali sub. When I initially asked if it was the Mexicali wrap or if it meant the sub the girl said just the Mexicali wrap the sub would be fine. Wrong. And the girl who made the subs was really quiet and angry when we had to ask her to repeat. Read moreI went into the store today to order a sandwich. After looking over the 6 dollar menu I noticed they had the BMW which came with a drink and a bag of chips. Since I am not a fan of ham I asked to remove the ham (did not ask to substitute the meat for something else) the guy that was working took offense to this. He said he could not do it since it was the spicy Italian sandwich. I ask him why not I'm not asking for more then I whats on the sandwich besides the two other meats. He then agreed to do it and they made a remake he was just going to add the meats from the bmt (meaning that amount). So I told him okay I want double meat this made him even more upset saying I was trying to rip off the company. I told him how's it any different them getting a cheeseburger and asking it to not have cheese them paying the discounted price. He then went to make my wife's sandwich which after she said what she wanted and he asked her if should also like to remove some of the meat. I asked if he was mad and he told me yes. I don't know what the big deal is and that employee was probably one of the rudest customer service reps I have ever had to deal with. Not happy...

I asked the two young dudes working if they had any recommendations for a foot long sandwich because i felt like switching it up a bit cuz I always get the same thing and they both stuttered and hesitated so I said screw it ill stick to what I know. I got the Italian bmt as always and they both said they love that sandwich as well but prefer to substitute the ham for turkey and so I said to go ahead and do that. Then while paying I found out the gift card I received for Xmas was 5$ less then the sharpie written on the slip it came in so I was a couple bucks short. I ran out to my car to grab some change, crossing my fingers I'd have enough and I was 7cents short. The young man at the register said that was not a problem at all and actually even gave me back the some odd 20 pennies I had just handed him as part of my two dollars in change and told me to enjoy my night.
