Time and time again let down by bad service at this location..... tonight was last straw! First the guy couldn’t hear me on the speaker in the drive through and I had to yell my order and took way to long..... then pull up to the window, get drinks and pay, 1 guy looked to be working and a big party outside with cell phones and smoking.... I was watching the clock on my order on the screen inside (as I was only customer) and after 8 mins the guy came up and cleared the order...... I’m sure to show faster times.... then a guy comes and asks what flavor wings we ordered.... well I’m sure if they hadn’t cleared the order they’d know what we ordered!! Finally after a while longer the guy brings a big bag out and says it all there..... well when I get home to my hungry family we didn’t have the wings ( that he asked which flavor we ordered) , we didn’t have my daughters hot dog for her kids meal, didn’t have a fry with my meal that I ordered, my kids frys were absolutely not edible!! Wilted and old! and didn’t have ketchup that he assured me was in the bag...... very very very disappointing!!!! This is an ongoing issue with this location! And if you read the reviews I’m not the only one! The owners response keeps saying they will fix the problem....... well nothing is changing...... there’s a reason McDonald’s has a big line and sonic is dead..... and sadly the food is way better at sonic but it sucks at this location along with bad service..... I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs attention from a...

Both locations are disgusting but I’ll tell you about our experience at this location tonight. First, the kid taking the order was nice and their system must be messed up because he had to write our order down at our car. Pretty much the only nice part. We waited about 29 mins between taking order to getting food. Okay, could be worse. Then we got our food…Almost all 6 of our orders tasted like they had been sitting out all day. Like cold, buns hard on burgers, cheese on chili cheese dog was like hard already, fries tasted like when you reheat fries in the microwave the next day and they get kind of hard and then let them sit for a sec and they are hard and cold. Yeah, like that. All 4 of my kids thought the tenders and gator tots were gross. For sure nothing like other Sonics we have been to. My husbands popcorn chicken was like 3 bites worth for $6! I wouldn’t consider that a “large” by any means! We all agreed the best part of the meals were the juice boxes that came in the kids meals.whatever you do don’t get food from this location. Not satisfying in any way. We have gotten sodas and things form here before and been okay. But beyond that I would steer clear. Oh, they also gave us a burger instead of tenders too. And don’t expect those special mints right now. We will see if any of us get sick tonight since all our food came...

My food was more nasty and overcooked than good-of what I got. They were missing a few items in the bags but did tell me that the one item was not available so I could go on the app and request a refund. I called the General Manager today and he is making it all right. This location has been sisfunctional for awhile but his job is to turn it around and get it back to the standards we expect. He did a great job explaining the issues without letting it be an excuse. 5 stars to Brent for his great customer service. The problems with the app are ate the corporate level so make sure to check in with the red button at the stalls to get your order in a timely manner. He is also retraining his staff (hired under the old General Manager) to have good work ethic and know how to do their jobs right. Also they are getting some new equpment that is past due to be replaced so if you have gone in the last 6 moths and havent been happy with things give it a try again after Aug 1st. Until talking to Brent I was not going to be a repeat customer but I will be back again to enjoy the changes that should be made.
