Krazy Cup Munchies Bar — Restaurant in Anaheim

Were coming from Huntington beach. We drove to try this for the first time with my two kids omg! We arrived 12 minutes early its still Closed. We google it is says it will open at 4pm. It is now 430 still closed. I Patiently waited beacuse why not we drove this far for a sweet cold treat. And i dont want my kids To disappoint. Its still closed I saw a man came to pick up. A lady unlovcked a door for that pick up then Lock the door Again. I ask the lady She said she can make it if it’s order online so I did. I place my order at 4:29 PM It is now 440 tried to open both door still locked. It shouldn’t be a big deal if at least put in Google that they open. Open at four, but only online order. After seeing this place recommended on various social media sites I decided to try it out. I came in with high hopes and excitement but left home disappointed. This place is way overpriced for the portions you get. Legit the Tostilocos have at most 5 chips since they don’t sell you the whole bag just a cup. Along with the small portion sizes the employees are rude. When I arrived I was the only person who had ordered yet it took them forever to make my order. The female employee had also messed up one of my orders; when I let her know she gave me attitude and wanted me to change my order simply because more customers had walked in. She semi fixed it eventually but she just dumped out the pervious order and put the correct one in the same cup. So I received a messy looking cup and funky tasting ice cream. My experience with krazy cup, specially with Desiree is a very disappointing and unprofessional service. I hired her for my daughter's 15th party which was in may 2020.My daughter was so happy looking forward to see everything we had planned with Desiree. Due to covid19 I had to cancel my daughter's event. I gave her the deposit and a second payment a few months before the event. I called her to let her know I had to cancel the event. That was the last time I spoke to her. After several attempts to call her, texting, leaving voicemail and going to the stores she never took the time to call me back. I talked to her sister and tried calling her mom but no reponse. Why does she need to hide? All I wanted to know if there was another option she could help me with.
