I recently visited Carl's Jr. and was thoroughly impressed by several standout attributes.

2nd time in 6 months I’ve been to this location and the last. They get my order wrong every time, 2 for 2 is atrocious. Don’t try to call the store, they have a fax on their phone line. The guy taking orders is too busy talking to the drive-up to even acknowledge your presence, no wonder he has no idea what’s he’s putting in your bag. The only reason there’s one star is because their system won’t let you leave a comment unless you choose at least one. Ridiculous. After talking to corporate I received a call from the store and within 24 hours my complaint was dealt with to my satisfaction, I returned to the store at my convenience, as I was sitting with my grandson, to pick up my refund because I had paid in cash. I have changed my rating to 5 stars because of the way my request was handled and if I ever go there again I will definitely check my order...

Really has gone down hill like the others. I got attitude and death stares because I didn't have a coupon number for a coupon I had, she could of easily just politely denied my coupon but instead I got attitude.

I was told to wait in the parking lot for my order even though THERE WAS ONLY 3 CARS IN THE DRIVE-THRU AND LITERALLY NO ONE INSIDE.

There was another time I was forced to wait in the drive thru for over 5 min just so employees could finish gossiping.

If you actually want to have people start taking Carls Jr as a serious fast food competitor like In-N-Out then I highly recommend investing NOT SO MUCH IN COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS, BUT BETTER MANAGEMENT...
