I LOVE bringing my family to eat here. We've been doing so for about 5yrs and the food is always great! Well portioned, perfectly seasoned and the nopales so delicious. The staff is always busy doing something and it's hard to have a conversation with them but it is understandable because they have to remember many orders and concentrate so they don't mess up anyone's order. When I do get to have a conversation, they are very fun and friendly! You can either get an horchata or jamaica premade cup at the register or on the left side of the store, you can choose the fruit you like and have a fresh water made right there while you wait for your food. It usually takes 30 mins for each order to be made since most are/have HANDMADE tortillas, sopes, huaraches, etc If you are in a hurry for pick up, I suggest you order at least 20 mins ahead of time BUT don't take 30mins-1 hr to get there and expect to have hot food waiting for you This is an AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD restaurant so come in with patience and enough time to wait for your food You won't be disappointed if you come in with a...

I just changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because I had the worst customer experience. I have been a customer here for almost 10 years, my to-go-to Mexican restaurant. The cashier said she wanted to charge me 50 cents to use my card, I told her I have never been charged before and to tell the owner that customers dont like to be charged for using their card. She started arguing as if I she owned the place, i asked her what her name was because I will report her for her behavior, and she then walked away, I asked the guy standing quietly in the back to give my money back, without contest he returned my money. His name was Hugo. He claimed he was the manager but if he is the manager and his employee treated customers this way in front of him then he shouldn't be manager. Rico!!! This place is so DELICIOUS! There is really no other way to describe it...If you haven't eaten here yet, YOU MUST! They make fresh Tortillas for the tacos that are amazing! They also make THE BEST HUARACHE I have ever had!
