Ice cream counter in the Anaheim Packing District. Theyāre still open for takeout during covid. We came here on Sunday around noon and there was no line, but we did see other patrons outside with ice cream. Credit cards are accepted. Parking is available in the parking lot or on the street.
There are pre-made drumsticks and chocolate covered ice cream cookies available, or you can pick a single or double scoop of ice cream (cup or cone (for an additional charge)). The flavors rotate but you can check on the website for a full list. Ordered a coffee Oreo and horchata double scoop for ~$6, which was generously sized. You can easily split it between 2-3 people. The worker was super nice and gave us a ton of Oreos by scooping from the top of the batch. I preferred the horchata, which was super creamy and had the right amount of cinnamon. After eating at a few of the restaurants here we decided to get some ice cream to end such a pleasant visit. Upon going to this ice cream shop a Hispanic employee who didnāt want to give his name was extremely rude. He and another employee stood behind the counter joking..one called the other a n*ggaā¦then they proceed to take our order. When asking if they allowed samples the Hispanic guy said no. Okay, everything would have been fine, but after we made that comment that we hadnāt experienced an ice cream shop before that didnāt give samples, then employee proceeds to ask, āso, youāve never sampled Vanilla ice cream. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe ice cream is really good I had birthday cake and New York cheesecake however I could not recommend anyone who is disabled to come here it is not disable friendly at all they had signs blocking rails for so people couldn't even get down if they have difficulty no cons homemade ice cream sit right in one of the entryways of what is known as the food District so you can't just really blame it on one place but I would think that all owners of businesses here that didn't take the time to really look at who they were excluding as their customers maybe it's about time they started.. now the black sheep excellent service but still the same issue and guess whose disabled I give this whole place an F not that the food is not good but nothing else...
