The food is ok. It’s the closest I can get to the traditional Mexico city’s food. However, based of the whole staff’s attitude and customer service I do not recommend this place as it’s stressful and it’s not worth the trouble in my opinion.
I tried to give them multiple chances.
I’m frustrated at the customer service and human decency. I made an online order for pick up. As soon as I placed the order it automatically turned to “Order Completed.” I called them to make sure they did received my order. I had issues in the past with missing food items. After waiting on the line the lady finally responds and I asked her about my order. She laughs and says, “I don’t know what I did, I must have touch something and cancelled it.” I explained that on my end it says completed and that the money has been taken out of my account aka I got a receipt and the notification to rate the restaurant and food. She starts to talk to someone on the back and tells me, “I don’t know, I can’t see your order anymore. Call support.” I keep trying to explain. But she tells me to call support because she doesn’t know. She wasn’t apologetic or even offered solutions (Customer service 101. I order quite a lot and I work in the food industry. I know the processing times, the phases of ordering, the holds vs the actual charges etc.) She sounded more bothered that I asked her.
Warning: They will not be apologetic, they don’t know what customer service is and they don’t have basic manners.
I called support and they in fact marked my order as completed. I had to prove that I didn’t...

Read moreWe ordered a cheese enchiladas. Took long to bring us our food. Also, you basically would need a spoon to eat the enchiladas and beans. It looked more like enchiladas soup. There were no beans in the beans and it was runny, just like the enchiladas. Only ,reason we ate it was because we were hungry. They also placed our food in a plastic container, while other customers has their food in paper plates. Never, again will we return to this place. They do not know how to make Mexican food. Wste of money. We left still feeling hungry. There were a couple of ants crawling on the table and one on my leg. And the customers after us got there food before us. They took too long....
