Lui's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Anaheim

This is actually my first ever review so I don't know how much weight this post really carries. Anywho when I showed up there the atmosphere of the place is kinda cozy. You can tell they dedicated more of their space to cooking and so the tables were small. I didn't mind I mean who would. The customer service is really good. I met a kind lady. I ordered a bacon ham cheese melt with a medium coke. It was such a solid sub especially for 9.99. Like every ingredient was distributed so evenly and nothing was lacking in terms of how much ingredients they put. You could feel the care they put into making a sub like this you can always tell. For example if you went to Subway there's something always off with your sandwich. Sometimes the bread might not be fresh or the ingredients wasn't distributed nicely to your liking either way this sub showed no weakness. I wasn't thinking of reviewing after eating and finishing the sub. So I didn't take a photo. Let's just say the cross section would make you proud. The only thing I'd say that isn't positive about this review but it has no bad intent either is I wish I gotten a different sub. I realized I wasn't feeling ham today. Absolutely AMAZING pizza and service! This family-run pizzeria is a hidden gem that completely exceeded my expectations. I ordered a large custom pizza with thick crust - half mushrooms, half bell peppers, onions, and olives - along with a mini cheese pizza. The moment I experienced their food, I was blown away. What sets this place apart is not just the incredible pizza, but the unbelievable hospitality. The family running the restaurant went above and beyond - they actually hand-delivered my order directly to my car! The restaurant might be small, but it's immaculately clean and filled with warmth. The pizza itself was out of this world. The thick crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Each topping was fresh and generously applied. You can really taste the love and care that goes into every single pizza. If you're looking for the best pizza in town with service that will make you feel like family, this is absolutely the place to go....

This is a hard time for everyone. From business owners trying to keep afloat to ordinary people trying to keep their heads above water.

This is a time when someone truly appreciates a restaurant like Lui's Pizza & Subs.

Like many people, I enjoy a treat after a hard week of work. I labor in an essential business and I come home Dog Tired....and there is Lui's with a small Pizza or a Baked Ziti. Heaven!

Lui's is charging the exact same prices as before the pandemic. I deeply appreciate that. As I'm sure you're aware, many food establishments have chosen to jack up their prices to an amazing degree.

I've paid over $15 for a simple fast food meal. When this is over, I'll remember that and I'll remember Lui's with their quality delicious food, kindness and fair prices.
