T-Shirt Warehouse — Local services in Fullerton

Beware: shop elsewhere. I used to like coming here . Im a size 2×L. And bought 5 shirts, 2 pairs of Socks for $169.09. I come here often every couple months. I called in because 3 of the shirts were to small. Two of them were ok. They told me no refunds only exhanges. I told them they always fit me but this time they are too small. The guy from the store told me they did switch their shirt carrier and material. So how is this my fault it's not a true 2xl. I said I would switch if they had 3xl then since their material is smaller . The guy proceeded to be rude with me and said we have changing rooms. Who tries on tshirts once they know their size? I asked for the owners phone number and they wouldn't give it to me. These guys were unprofessional, laughing...

This place is running low on a lot of clothing and sizes. Customer service is not the beat either and prices are a little high compared to similar stores. I do not recommend this place. I would only come here if there is no other store that has ehat i need, but by the looks of it this store won't have what i need either. I came to the store looking for under shirts however the owner and the employee were too busy talking to help me, i jad to go ask them for help. The store stinks...

I always liked picking up shirts here but called today and ask for a specific shirt i was looking for and the guy that answered the phone was rude cause he didn't know what I was talking about and just hung up on me really bad customer service just lost a loyal customer...
