My Experience here. I should go one more star down but it's not their fault my credit is trash. It took me 2 tries for credit to be denied. What's so weird is I was able to be financed threw another company inside Curacao. It's very difficult to find help right away. They also lost my account threw purchasing after I paid. People at Cosmetics never know what's going on. I hope this place gets better because I sure dont wanna go thru unprofessionalism when they want their payment etc etc etc...overall issue was resolved and let's just see what happens for the future crossed fingers.
We went back to this place and they have the worst customer service ever , they dont give you the best furniture . I would go somewhere else honestly their furniture and everything else are cheap , Customer service peorson Solo sounds like hes on drugsn over the phone. They have no knowledge of anything you give them account #s invoice #s emails, phone number and still dont know how to open up your account.
Sales guys Javier the manager and Alexis are good salesmen
Overall I would go somewhere else dont buy because eventually they will go out of business ..

I can literally write a book đ about this place or maybe even have the Channel 9 news here. This time it was my husband who purchased a few items over $1,000 paid it off. We come back to Curacao they found no acct by his phone # , we purchased thru a friends account. We call Acima one the phone for 1 hour updating phone number. We come back to Curacao we go to Customer service desk . đ everything is good. We go purchase again. The Cosmetic desk staff are so untrained on customer service. Long story we wait in line for an hour to purchase a suit case in a box packaged . Manager said âgo to customer service I will hold your package â đŠ. We go come back and manager says I gave your package away đŠ. Iâm pissed đĄ we are both đĄ pissed. Manager says âDo you want a Model/ Display suitcase â? I said what the heck you know we have been here last night and today for 3 hours, and we are fraustated. Mind you from the past experiences weâve had at Curacao have been not so pleasent whether it was in store or over the phone and their Finance company Acima doesnât help. So fast forward. Iâm so done with this place. Nobody reached out to me.    Read more/////////// well "Grace" from: Curacao specialist customer service it's NOT going to answer to my complaint after 5 long months she doesn't want to hear the truth about her Stores the one in Anaheim on 91 and 57 freeway & the store in Chino, the problem is not the employees I think by the way I got the customer specialist lady "Grace" to be professional and get back to complains I'm not getting that I believe this is south of disrespect me, I have a good credit line $$$$$ in this stores Curacao but after all this I will NOT NEVER BUY ANYTHING I will keep my credit in good standing balance $0.00 that means I'm going to CUT MY CURACAO CARD I AM DONE ! going to others stores NOT CURACAO that's for sure. ....... You know I was just looking at all services On all other stores I noticed same problem With bad customer service. My mother and me walk in store And first thing I ask front service employees that I need it disable cart For my mother to get around the store and they laugh at me tell me why don't you put her on one of the grocery store cart, I was thinking that that was a joke and they were kidding but they were very serious, unbelievable very insulting and rude. They told me that they don't cater for disabled people but I told him outside you have disabled parking lot why not disabled carts for store. This is the same problem and all other stores with discrimination on disabled people .

   Read moreSo I had made a purchase in 2021 at Curacao and I had been paying it for a year and I was wondering why my account wasnât going down and I went in and I talked to them and luckily at the time I had the money so they had told me that the interest rate was high and it was at like 28% or something that I was gonna have to pay an interest and so I just ended up paying it off and cutting the card. So 2023 comes I receive a brochure in the mail saying that I qualify for a purchase that has a low interest rate and I think itâs like 16% the interest rate and Iâve been paying it for a year so I look at my statement which normally I donât do because I have automatic pay and Iâm like what the heck itâs only gone down $300 in one year why is that so I called them and they tell me because the interest rate is 30% but they lied to me and sent me a flyer And when I made my purchase, I made sure to show the Person ringing me up the brochure and of course they tell you everything you want to hear Because theyâre on commission. So I paid $800 for an Nintendo switch. It was a package deal that came with four games when I couldâve got it for $300 plus on top of that Iâm paying an additional about$400 just to use their credit card.Thatâs crazy no wonder why there is hardly any customers when I go.
