Service is fine — employees aren’t overly friendly, but courteous.

Had just gone yesterday morning around 10:30am. There were two girls working and they were slammed. I somehow came out with the BEST Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake I’ve ever had from Nekter.

However, I went again today. Upon walking in, there was no one at the register, and no other customers. One of the girls who worked there yesterday got my order, but a male I hadn’t seen before made my order. I came out with the most bland, chunky, flavorless Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake. I had already driven halfway home when I sipped on it and didn’t want to turn all the way back.

This instance of the Nekter franchise is an excellent shop. I recently went through a ten day juice routine to relieve joint pain and inflammation. The routine required me to drink 16 ounces of a special mix of celery, carrot, beet and cucumber juice each day. I told the shop staff that I would be doing this daily for ten days. They posted my special recipe near their preparation area and by day three they were greeting me by name and preparing my special. Customer Service is always amazing that's 10 starts. This review is for Nektar in general, including this location. My problem is that I LOVE the Acai bowl, although it costs as much as 1lbs of prime ribye steak. Agave is too sugary which makes me zombie, and cashew milk lol it's cashew water darling also did you know cashew tree is the same family as poison oak? Ever seen how it's picked? With ebola suits.
