AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I was a longtime, daily customer, but decided to move on to another location that has a drive-thru. This place reminded me of 3rd grade the way the employees behaved, with the manager Kristy as the "teacher" and her employees as her "students". When Kristy left a 3rd time for maternity leave, it got real bad - the worst I have ever experienced, which I told Kristy about when she returned from a long maternity absence. The wait times when mobile ordering are atrocious, and their curbside pick-up is a BIG JOKE, and if you spend 1-3 minutes talking to the employee who brings your drink to you, Josiah - or any other employee - will come out and tell the employee who brought your drink to you, that someone is on the phone for them (they have a call). This is their way of getting the person to come back inside and to not interact whatsoever w/ the customer! They even used this tactic when Kristy brought my drink to me! So unprofessional and the associates behave like grade school kids!! I will NEVER go back and they lost my business of over $2k / year! The new drive-thru location I go to now is SO MUCH BETTER and I am VERY happy I don't have to put up w/ the non-sense at this location anymore! Read moreI've been here to this location multiple times and they've had no cold-brewed coffee in the afternoon. This morning and came and spent $6 on a food item and ask for a venti hot water they told me they're no longer allowed to give out venti hot Waters. I go to Starbucks in many other locations where I can get a venti hot water daily unless this is some sort of new policy by the CEO? I believe the gentleman behind the counter was lying to me. Everytime I ask for a hot water I make sure I have a purchased item. I can't drink cold water because it upsets my stomach. The gentleman behind the counter on a cold morning then said that he could give me a cold water instead of hot water. Which tells me it's not the cost of a cup which is the issue. It is just that he wanted to refuse my request, and give no explanation why. If it was the cost of the cup that was the issue I would gladly pay for it. Read morei ordered 2 drinks. the cashier changed my order from 2 drinks to 1. i clarified i'm making the order for 2. the cashier said she was keeping it as 1. i requested i be allowed to order the 2 items. the cashier finally relented & said she would make it for 2. she confirmed the order for 2 items, being specific but incorrect. i described my order a 4th time. she claimed it was the same as she had just described, but it was not & i told her so. i clarified my order for a 5th time. she assured me that the order was correct, but didn't confirm what it was for this time. 10 minutes later, i received the 2 items to discover she had indeed entered the order incorrectly (& kept it incorrect while claiming it was correct). i had to wait in line again, AND wait for the same cashier to enter the 2 drinks into the register again (but CORRECTLY). i couldn't see a name visible on her shirt, but it was the cashier with long red hair. i'm not willing to risk half an hour on nothing, so i wont be back to this...
