Everything is hot, fresh, and flavorful. Tonight we're having orange chicken, garlic with seasonal vegetables, fried rice, and sweet and sour fish filet, but I've had pretty much everything on the menu. They've got mapo tofu, several seafood dishes, soups, xiao long bao (soup dumplings) green onion pancakes, intestines, and of course, noodles. The main server is also the nicest, sweetest woman ever. Although the outside of the restaurant looks modest, this is a great hidden gem in the 99 ranch market center that offers great food and great service, all at a reasonable price. The manager treats customers like family. It is honestly a bit difficult to recommend a particular dish, because everything we've had were quite good.
