First time trying this new restaurant. Came here at 9:30 a.m. because I was out shopping. Glad they open early, because breakfast is only what you make it! Doesn't always have to be eggs. And I was surprised, but there were people already in there eating chicken for breakfast, which made me smile! So I ordered the largest chicken finger basket they had. Because I knew when I got home everybody would want to try it. Now in all fairness, the chicken was not crispy, because I had to drive home and it steamed in the Box. I am not a fan of coleslaw but I had other family members try it and they said it was just okay. Love that they had crinkle-cut fries. Not sure what the Texas toast was supposed to be? Because it was barely toasted and didn't taste like anything. Now I tried the large lemonade, and it was just okay. Now I am a lemon lover, and I can't help but to compare it to Chick-fil-A lemonade which is super sour and so delicious. I know it's not a fair comparison so if you like your lemonade on the lighter side and taste, this would definitely suit you. I wish they would make the lemonade using more lemon juice! The place is extremely clean and there were several staff outside cleaning the area, and they all greeted me which was nice. Very friendly service, and they answered the few questions I had about sauces and such. I did like the raising cane sauce for my chicken. Wish they had a couple of more choices for sides for someone like me who doesn't like coleslaw. But with that being said it was pleasant and they had juicy, big chunks of chicken.

Looks like a party going on in there! I ordered for curbside pickup while in town. They did forget one of my meals I called and went back they made my whole order over again and gave me 2 cards for a free box meal each! Pretty awesome! I forgot the guys named that helped me out but he was awesome and very kind! He didn't question anything just asked me if I wanted a partial refund or to come back. So the chicken was good as usual! Juicy chicken on the inside and crispy breading on the outside but not too much so that your eating pure batter lol like some places I know... you can actually taste the juicy perfectly cooked chicken inside! The cole slaw is just average...not sure I'm not feeling coleslaw from anywhere right now so I dont want to judge it. The fries were just regular crinkle cut fries but when you dip into the yummy canes sauce they are delicious! The bread it comes with a so perfect also! I love it! Its toasted just right so that its crispy on the edges but the bread is still so soft and spongy. Also with my box meal I got a half lemonade and half unsweetened tea. I love when places offer that as your drink! It was delicious! My son had the chicken sandwich he said it was really good 👍 he gave a thumbs up! 🙃 I will be visiting my local raising canes when I get back home and I would definitely return to this location when I'm in town again! They have awesome customer service! Thank you to the guy the helped me out sorry I didn't have your name to put here but you know who you are! Keep up the great work guys and thanks again!

This place just opened, and this was my first time having Raising Cane's, and so this is a first impression review. Pro's: The food is very good. I will be coming back. I got the Box combo which comes with 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, Texas toast, Cane's dipping sauce and a regular drink, and (with the area's tax rate) it was $9.00 even, so not that bad of a price. The sauce was good and tangy, the slaw is respectable for a fast food joint, the toast was toasted perfectly and had a buttery taste, and the chicken tasted amazing. For them having, literally, just opened, the line was out the door, and the drive through line was backed up onto Euclid, and despite that the wait time was very. very quick: maybe 15 minutes to order and less than 5 minutes to get my food. Con's: The chicken fingers are small. The marketing would have you believe these are big chicken fingers, but they're pretty small. The size of the Chicken finger definitely takes away from the value of the meal. Overall: I will be back. I think my 4 yo daughter will like this place and ask for it often. My wife may not enjoy that's it's white meat chicken, so that might take away from some additional visits, but that also might not be the case - I'll see. However, for my first impression, this place is a win, and a good option for a fast, easy, delicious option when we don't feel like cooking.
