I recently moved back to the area and use to love going to this Starbucks location since I can come here and then hop on the freeway to get to work. When I first started coming back which was about April/May things were great. I was in and out of the drive thru all the time, if I was running a little late I would mobile order when I left my house so that way my drink was ready by the time I got there so I can grab and go. I don't know what has happened within the last month but this location has really gone downhill in their servicing. They are not pushing out the drive thru in and out like they should be even when the line isn't that long. The last few times I have been mobile ordering since I can't really rely on the drive thru(again I am there before it is busy) but even then when I get there my drink IS NOT ready. I still have to wait an 5-10 minutes on my drink. Sometimes I have to tell someone like "where is my drink?" I understand sometimes they are busy since the high school is right there. It just seems to be majority of the time this location just seems to be like hustle is not their number one priority. Especially when I am mobile ordering BEFORE I leave my house and it takes me 5-7 minutes to get to the location and my drink still isn't ready. This location really needs to get their stuff together and be what...
Read moreFirst time visiting this location (with an order ahead mobile order) and I'm oh my goodness what bad experience. Arrived at 10:55 am and the place was PACKED. When I say packed I mean the drive thru spilled into the street so I couldn't even get into the plaza. Once I was able to squeeze in, every single parking spot was taken and a line of cars had parked with emergency lights blocking the parked cars. It was just absurd even for a Friday. Luckily I had my husband with me to hop out and pick up our order while I circled around. The little plaza is shared between the Starbucks and a Catholic Book store - and I got to say I feel bad for the shop as Starbucks patrons have taken over the space. Definitely made me feel like service wasn't quick enough to move customers along in store nor in drive thru.
To make matters worse, our coffees were absolute trash! We ordered 2 grande cappuccinos - one with soy milk and mocha, the other with dark caramel sauce and cinnamon- our typical order for Starbucks drinks. Both tasted like old coffee water with syrup! Nowhere near a cappuccino espresso. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location. ONLY reason For 1 star is because the drink was ready 2 min before the estimate on the app and the location looked...
Read moreI've been coming here for 4 years, almost daily, mainly drive thru. It has been part of my morning routine on the way to work. There is such a good group of people working here, the staff has always been really warm, efficient and caring to all, whether it's 5:15am, 11am, 4:30pm or 10pm. Yesterday I was feeling really down about race relations and just feeling defeated, so I needed my coffee. :) Well, they noticed yesterday and today Odalis brought it up. She grabbed my hand through the drive thru window, reached out and held my hand and basically said I saw you were hurting yesterday, we care about you just as much as all our customers, we are going to get through this together and today your coffee and breakfast is on us. I found myself crying through my mask. To think they have thought about me since yesterday wow. I really needed that moment today. I've lived and worked in a lot of places and no matter where I go, the most valuable people to me are always the ones that care. These people will be successful everywhere they go, and I am so glad they're here. And they'll always have my business while I'm around. Thank you Odalis and team for putting that little extra in every single day and your commitment to outstanding customer service. See...
