I'm a loyal customer of starbucks. Monday thru friday I come to this starbucks everyday 5 times a week. I order the Carmel maciado ad shot extra Carmel drizzle light ice and whip cream when made properly by barista the drink is amazing even when not made well the drink is pretty good . Anyhow it's my favorite . Back to my reason for the poor rating for this Starbucks is at times I get the poorest made maciado very little carmel when I always ask for extra have gotten my maciado with light ice that I order with almost warm to no ice. 3 times I have went thru the drive thru that I go thru everyday around 7 am before work and as a loyal customer waited in a very long slow drive thru only to get to the window to pay with a 100 dollar bill and 3 times I have had no smaller Billls other then $100 on me and each of those 3 times I left with NO maciado they simply refused to sell me a drink cause they claim they had no change keep in mind this location is always jam packed at that hour . I was refused service cause I only had a 100 dollar bill 3 separate times. You would think at least one out of 3 they would comp me due to theyre not having change and the drink is already made by the time u get to the window. They rather throw it away then to comp a loyal customer who buys there 5 times a week and and I get some of the poorest made maciado there. I love starbucks but this location does not know how to value a consistent returning everyday loyal customer.. No value in there customers at this place one star for baristas that refused to sell my my drink and also a F on managment team and Flunk on hospitality all except on lil blonde cheerful delight that works the drive thru dont know her name small petite great attitude excellent customer service she gets a 5 star and should be given a raise and considered for managment after 3 different times of not getting coffee cause of 100 dollar bill she unlike the others listened to my coconcern about comin g everyday and going to work with no coffee due to aledge lack of change . She is a great ASSET to the starbucks brand . She did what she had to do to make sure I left with my coffee when I payed with a 100 $bill she told me to hold checked on something and asked if I dont mind 5 and 10s as change. Read moreI go almost every week day. I always have at least 2 orders that are seperate and with the 4 or 5 drinks total 1 is normal. The rest have something added or not added. I pick up coffee for my 2 bosses and one or two sometimes 5 coworkers. The people working behind the counter here kick ass! From the first time i don't think they've gotten anything wrong except 1 time! I say "behind the counter" because i tried going through the drive thru recently. I only tried that 4 or 5 times. My order was correct once. Not sure if they can't hear well or i doubt speak loud enough or clear enough. They never ask for me to repeat anything or say what? They offered to fix my order 3 out 4 times. The one time they didn't i let the girl know my order was wrong as nicely as possible. We all make mistakes and as i mentioned i have multiple orders that are altered. When i said excuse me these are the wrong size or this isn't right she said she was sorry ave then swore she heard me order what she made and then just stood there looking at me. Never offered to fix it at all. Bottom line, for a positive happy experience, i suggest going inside to order! They make me mad that i don't live close enough for that to be my regular...
Read moreThis starbucks location is the closest to my sons after school activity so I’ve been to this store a lot over the past five years. This store always has the worst customer service. I don’t really have time to write reviews or call to complain but todays visit was the final straw. A young women with a name tag that read “Diana” was so unnecessarily rude. I don’t understand why she had such an attitude. I thought maybe it’s just her personality but two seconds later she was laughing and being friendly with her coworker. But It’s not just her. Most of the workers are just so unfriendly, which leads me to believe that the Manager must be the same, to hire and tolerate such rude behavior. When I was younger I worked for starbucks for about 7 years so I understand how much patience it takes to work in a customer service job like starbucks.
