Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Anaheim

This store had the cleanest, best smelling restrooms I have visited in a fast food restaurant in probably my entire life. The door was open, no code to press and the sterling aroma was outstanding! So when I finished WASHING my hands, I told Jorge, who took my order, the aforementioned comment and he said, "Thank you, I just cleaned them!" And I could see he really enjoyed the comment on his efforts and he smiled profusely. I told him years ago, that I took worked at Carl's and the job he did was even WAY better than mine! His pride intensified! But then I asked him if he knew that the prices of items in his store were WAY higher than the Carl's in my neighborhood. And he told me that prices in his store recently just went up! Then without asking, he gave me a Senior discount, and at that point I said, "I am going to come to this store again!" Took them 10minutes to realize im the only one standing in front of the cashier. They literally passed by me more than 5 times and then apologized for not taking care of me. As soon as I tried to out my order in the lady behind the cashier mentions that the food takes long and people intend to go crazy and you need to wait or you will get sick!!!! Wt da actual Hack!! Went through the drive-thru and had an awful experience. The lady kept getting our order wrong and changing our order every time despite our constant repeating and clarifications. She was extremely disrespectful and clearly sighing into the mic. We heard everything. I went in to speak to the manager, and lo' and behold, she's the one working the drive-thru. When paying, she continued to be disrespectful and still got our order wrong.
