Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anaheim

I came here with my nephew and daughter to dine in. I ordered two bean and cheese burrito without onions, two skittle strawberry drinks, two regular nachos, one Pepsi, and one chalupa supreme without beef but beans substitute and nacho cheese. When I got my order, I was given everything but the two nachos. I told the cashier that I asked for two nachos and he replied "no you didn't" "I didn't hear you" "No you didn't" and kept on arguing. I told him that I did order it but he didn't put it on the receipt and I want it so please ring it up so I can pay for it and get my nachos. The guy keeps saying "no you didn't, I didn't hear you"...Well obviously you didn't hear me but your job isn't to argue with me but to give me the order I have asked. I wasn't even asking for free things. I asked to speak with the manager. She apologized on his behalf BUT I am so livid and dissatisfied by this man's lack of professionalism. She asked if she can give me free drink and I said no. I don't want anything for free. I just don't want to be treated like I was lying about what I ordered. I always go to Taco Bell and usually get the same order. This is the first time I felt an employee was rude and unprofessional with me. It is ridiculous that a customer should fall into these kind of scenarios due to employees not being trained correctly. I implore that this site train their employees to better serve their...

EDIT! Because Postmates only has this location on its app I was made to try this place again, nothing has changed. First, my previous review sparked a phone call from the manager who blamed the issues on postmates, which I could give a thought too. However, with my order today it clearly is not a post mates issue but a store issue. I ordered nachos and all they gave me was the cheese, NO CHIPS. I also ordered a egg and steak burrito and they put the SMALLEST amount of food in the burrito (more of just eating a tortilla). The answer to the solution is not to correct the poor quality of food or the inaccuracy of the order but ask me to drive down there and they will give me a new order (which the reason im ordering through Postmates is because I work like crazy and cannot get down there!) First of all, don't try calling them because it is hooked up to a fax machine (right, who uses fax machines anymore) so it rings in your ear and they make no attempt to fix the problem.... but thats not the worst of it..... i ordered ALL breakfast crunch wraps with steak, one of them i omitted the jalapeno sauce and PAID extra for added nacho cheese sauce. There was no steak, no cheese sauce, and really like one bite of egg........

I can't remember the last time I came to a Taco Bell --- but I am reminded of why with this visit! I am not going to the Self-Kiosk to order! One regular Crunchwrap and a small Pepsi for here. 2 seconds to order! 10 minutes to navigate on the kiosk! Then they call my order --- and lo and behold, it is in a to-go bag! Then the girl who took my order says, "Oh, it's for here," before I can tell her again! Then I get one (1) sauce packet and it's the WRONG spice level. But this next thing is the KILLER --- I get (1) single napkin! 🤷🏽‍♂️ So I look around for the table where the hot sauce packets and other condiments and utensils are, that I remember from my last visit! There are none! So I have to wait at the front counter, where no one is! Oh, and the Pepsi I ordered turned out to be something other, so I look for the soda machine to pour it out and get a Pepsi . . . and guess what? The girl tells me, "It's broke!" Well take some of the $11 for two (2) items I ordered and get it fixed! I DO KNOW THAT I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PARTICULAR TB . ....
