Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anaheim

It is a place for a quiet, alone time. I was there during the week at lunch. They weren't busy inside, but the drive through was pumping, although not a wait. Nobody there to take my order, but not sure anybody was in place to do so. Finally someone came and I told her that I placed an order online. I got my drink myself (thank goodness) seems we are out of covid situation. Sat at my table, watching outside traffic while I ate my lunch. Asked for the code to get in the restroom, should have asked what door, 😂! It was large and clean like you would expect. Bused my table, and left. Can't stand people who go to a fast food place and think they are at some 5 star place, wanting everything. Anyways nice place. Usually not one to downgrade places just give you the nitty gritty the absolutes. If there was a way to give this place like a minus stars I would have two people working one person telling the other one to take a break as the phone rings off the hook and they just sit there and let it do it turns out it was the lady who got on the bus and left a cart right outside they would not even allow the woman to know that it was still there because they were too busy doing nothing. I've seen the elderly woman in there every single day every single day and usually no one else and I can understand why. Disgusting and non empathetic employees. Rude to customers. Saw them being rude to a customer who was trying to use EBT. Saw them being rude to a special needs customer with a clear cognitive disability. I never write reviews for fast food places because i Simply don’t care but this is gross. Whoever was working on 9/13/25 at 8 pm should be checked on by corporate or a higher manager because they Had a manager there and he was horribly rude. Also asked for my order from one guy, he said ok. Had to ask another guy 20 mins later and when you ask them a question they just shrug their shoulders and say “i dont know” Jesus.
