Husband and I found Tony’s while driving by and decided to try, so glad we did! I got the BBQ pork skewers and the man who rang us up recommended the beef ribs as my husband was indecisive. The food was top tier, we were honestly in shock at how tender and juicy the meats were. The beef came off the bone with little effort and the pork was succulent and rich. My husband even told me he thinks the beef ribs at Tony’s are better than the beef ribs at Phil’s BBQ. Every part of the meal was flavorful: the marinade, the bbq sauce, the pickled veggies, rice, and the complimentary soup was amazing too. On top of that, the service we experienced was also fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and kind, there was a woman who got water for us and packed up our bibingkinitan near the end of our meal so we could take them home still warm! I also noticed they locked up after we left at 7:20pm (we were the last guests to leave) and realized they closed at 7! I felt so bad we kept them waiting for us but they never once made us feel rushed or unwelcome. The man who helped us in the beginning even recommended for us to dine in when we were deciding whether or not to do take out, I’m assuming so we could enjoy our food while it was hot. All in all, we had a superb experience here. Tony’s has now been added to our rotation of favorite restaurants!

If you’ve never had Filipino BBQ before, I IMPLORE you to try Tony’s BBQ. This was my first time, and one bite I was HOOKED, y’all. SO packed with flavor and everything just tastes so freshly prepared, no MSG and none of that bad stuff. Portions here are crazy good, it’s basically double protein from what other places give you <3 I can totally see why the pork skewers are their bestseller here--SO tender and absolutely delectable--but my faves have got to be the liempo (pork belly) or the GIGANTIC chicken inasal (whole chicken leg). And apparently, people come from all over just for their taho, which is like a tofu pudding dessert??? Confirmed, 10 out of 10 ;) Thanks for reading! ^-^

What a hidden gem! Tony’s Barbecue in Anaheim is a small Filipino restaurant serving up big, authentic flavors. We tried the grilled chicken and pork skewers, pork belly, and grilled seabass—all perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, served with rice on the side. To top it off, we ended the meal with their Halo Halo and fresh-from-the-oven soft bibingkinitan—such a perfect finish. Service was fast and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back for another delicious, authentic Filipino meal!

Wife and I were trying to figure out dinner when this place came across her phone. She is not very adventurous when it comes to eating so when she saw BBQ the was willing to try it. We were greeted by a very nice lady at the cashier area. She informed us that you order then sit down and they bring you your food, not like a restaurant where you sit down an order. I ordered the Liempo Meal (marinated pork belly, rice and soup) my wife ordered the chicken skewer with rice and soup. I also ordered the Bibingka and a pork bun ( I can't remember the name but that is what it looked like). We really enjoyed the Bibingka (we ended up ordering two more) and the pork bun we very tasty. Our meals were really good the sauce for dipping was a bit like teryaki sauce but not as sweet, more salty but added to the flavor of the meat. The rice was really good too. I watched as they were making a type of dessert (Halohalo). I asked what it was and they informed me it was a Filipino style desert with plantains and coconut, covered with ice and milk type syrup. I had to order it and I was so glad I did. You have to mix it all up but the flavors really cause your taste buds to explode. So many great flavors. It was better than ice cream. All in all I will be going back for more soon. I talked to the two people that manage the place and they were so delightful and let us know what we were ordering. We had a really nice...

Got take out, spent over $100, I went into the bar and asked for a glass of water from the bartender on June 17, he got this very irritated look on his face, I'm not sure if it's because I asked for a glass of water, or because I interrupted his conversation with another employee who said he was a manager. Before the bartender gave me the glass of water , he went to the front to make sure that I had placed a Togo order before he would give me the glass of water. He slammed the glass and straw down. It was such a disposition for him to get a glass of water. He was completely rude, ignored me. I did not come there for his dirty looks or attitude. I came for ribs and steak, not hostility. I ordered medium steak, recieved very well done steak, ribs were very tough and dried out. We didn't even eat the food at all. Complete waste of money. Definitely not cooked to order. The girl at the front desk was great. We asked to speak to a manager, but we got the guy who was serving and just standing there talking to the bartender when I asked for the glass of water. If that is really a manager, I would consider finding a new one, he isn't helpful, he has no idea how to be, I felt like I was just wasting my time trying to explain the bartenders attitude that he should have seen right in front of him. There is better managers and bartenders out there, actually, the lady at the front desk should have the...
