Waited to get my order taken for over 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me and one person in the other drive through, and when we got up there and said my order which was one large chocolate frosty ($3.51 total), it was ANOTHER 15 minutes until we were to get to the second window and another 5 minutes until someone actually opened the window for the total, we gave her $5 and it took 5 minutes for change of 1.49, really hard math💀 And when she gave us the change she said, ok have a nice day! And closed the window, she took our money gave us change and said bye🤨 So we wait there and she opens the window and asks, did we forget something? We look at her and said, yes our large chocolate frosty.😃 And she made it and gave it to us. Btw there were MORE THAN ENOUGH people working in there, probably around 15 and some of them were on their phones and a big group of them I saw through the window were just arguing with each other and another worker arrived and it was more arguing. I pulled up to the intersection. On the right was a McDonald’s with a crowded parking lot and long line at the drive thru.
Across the street was this Wendy’s. No line. No crowd.
Unfortunately, I chose the Wendy’s. I go in and they don’t acknowledge my existence. There’s no breakfast menu. Apparently, a woman who is a manager came around from the dining room and got the attention of her listless staff. He asked what I’d like, I replied that there’s no breakfast menu. He reaches up and spins around the menu boards. All this time, there was no one else in the dining area and no cars came thru the drive-thru.
I ordered, and a staff member began to assemble my breakfast burrito. I decided not to order anything else. I was handed my order by a guy that clearly would’ve preferred to be in a hospital than here at “work”.
I feel sorry for the managers and franchise owners that have to put up with lazy deadbeats like they have at this Wendy’s. But….CFA proves every day (but Sunday) that quick, efficient, friendly, well groomed, and courteous staff is a...

We were on our way home and decided to go thru drive thru. Business was not busy. I had to use the restroom and I also took my service dog to go potty. I got out with dog and my wife was at menu/speaker. Dozer went potty then I went inside. Dozer was so popular, that the employees kept saying, hey look at this dog! What I didn't know is that all the employees came to the front to see him. They gave my dog a treat. They were real friendly. However, the drive thru attendant had told my wife she would be right back. We believe she came up to see the 🐕. I then walked outside and was like, where is my family. A minute later my wife drove up to me and said we got to go inside to order. They never came back to take my order. So, we went inside and ordered all our food to go. 🤪, Dozer has never shut down a restaurant before even if only for like 10 minutes.
