Today's ratings would all be a lowly 1 if it weren't for our past experiences. I'm not sure what was going on tonight with the kitchen. Tonight my wife and I chose your establishment to celebrate a special occasion, but it turned into a huge disappointment. It started out great, with our waitress doing a nice job. She took our order and I was very specific that I needed my hamburger to be cooked medium rare. When it came out it ended up being well done. Just like people who like their beef well done and gag when it's cooked rare or medium rare, those of us who want it rare or medium rare can't stand one that is overcooked. I very politely showed it to the waitress after having taken a bite. She looked at it and immediately knew what the problem was without me having to say a word. She indicated they would put a priority on getting one recooked. The amount of time it took them to recook the 2nd burger was actually longer than when they cooked my first one. My wife had already finished eating by the time they brought out the 2nd one. I understand mistakes happen, and I'm very patient. However, when I point out the mistake, I would think you would pay particular attention not to make the same mistake twice. When the 2nd burger was brought out by the manager, she watched me take a bite of it. I showed it to her in disbelief and she looked at it and unbelievably said, "Oh, is that too well done?" I reexplained that it was supposed to be cooked medium rare and pointed out that there wasn't an ounce of pink in it. I'm not sure if she thought by playing dumb I would ignore the error. It was again cooked well done, more so than the 1st one. The 1st mistake was an honest one. The second one is just plain incompetence. Why would you not have gone out of your way to see to it that my burger wasn't cremated? Anyhow, I never got to eat my celebration dinner and we ended up paying for my wife's food and drink, then left. Up until the last time we went to your restaurant, I never had a problem with service, the environment, or the way the food was cooked. The last two times there have been really bad. Hopefully this is not a sign that you are...

THEY TRIED TO POISON US! DO NOT EAT HERE! After a 45 minute wait for a hamburger and an order of chicken tenders we asked our server to check the status of our food. Meanwhile, the manager was making her rounds but intentionally ignored our table. Our food came shortly afterwards, but here's the funny part. Evidently the cook was offended at our inquiry and OVER SALTED our food... and I mean OVER SALTED! I took one bite of my burger and it was obvious what happened - the cook intentionally sabatoged our food! Our server fetched the manager who offered to re-make our food but we didn't have 45 more minutes to wait. She didn't charge for my dangerously over salted burger (It would have caused a stroke if I ate it all), but charged us full price for the tenders, appetizer and soda - NO COMPENSATION AT ALL. The manager could have made it better, but getting charged full price was asolutely ridiculous. Only on our way home I learned that my girlfriend's tenders were also OVER SALTED too. She only ate 2 tenders and got sick on the way home. I hope the cooks had a good time poisoning us, I'm sure they wouldn't have cared if we needed to go to the hospital or worse. Again, the manager could have made an attempt to smooth things over, but she didn't care. This was our second consecutive horrible experience. If you want to eat food that will make you sick, have terrible service, and a manager who couldn't care less then Arthur's Anderson is the place to go. We would not recommend Arthur's Anderson to anyone no matter how...

It is so nice to have an Arthur's so close to work. The burgers, drinks, food, and service are just as great as the Hyde Park location. When I have clients in town, or travelers are asking for dining suggestions, Arthur's is my go-to. To date, none of them have come back to me with anything less than stellar dining experiences. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday is Burger Madness. The burgers are at a set discounted price, so you have to pay for a short list of premium toppings and you are limited to six cheeses, you can get as many toppings on it as you like. The Bloody Marys are phenomenal and served with the cutest little frosted mug of beer. It can be hard to find something locally owned on Beechmont Avenue, so if you're looking, here you go. The only detractor for me is that it does not have outdoor seating like the Hyde Park location. I don't know how they will pull off outdoor dining at this location on the same level as the Hyde Park location, but if they do, I...

One of the better burgers in the Cincinnati area. I would give it an 8.25 out of 10. The patty was tasty and perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh, the chipotle mayo was a great addition, and the bun stayed together throughout the entire meal. The Cajun fries are a must. Overall, I felt the burger was priced right and the meal was enjoyable. The downside is the service. It seemed like they did not have enough waitresses working for the volume of customers. Either that or the waitresses are hiding in the kitchen. We had to wait much longer than we should have, on several occasions, to get the waitresses attention and what we needed. For example, it took almost 10-15 minutes after we finished eating to get the check and another 10-15 minutes to actually pay and get out the door. That should have been a 5 minute process tops, not 20-30 minutes. I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5.

Arthur’s your food is decent but my wife can make better chili than you and that will never change. Again you can try but it’s just not going to change. Also the quality of your burger meat is amazing. But the amount of flavor it lacked was a slap in the face to the meat pure disrespect also the horse radish sauce tasted like nothing and the peppers and onions on it have to be frozen they tasted like water. But to my relief At least I was able to taste something. I’ll go to Kroger right now if you’ll let me and show you how to make a hamburger but I want the chefs position let’s allow Arthur’s true potential shine it has so much to offer opposed to the dive bar it’s turning into. I’ll go to Kroger right now I bet you can’t beat my meat. You can try but no one has ever beat my meat.

We had very friendly server, she did a good job and checked on us frequently. I had a Philly burger 🍔 with sweet potato fries and it was very good, my husband had a sweet baby Ray bbq chicken salad, he wasn't very impressed with his salad😔, it was mostly greens with a very small amount of chicken.🐔 They have mostly burgers with several different choices.. They also offer salads, sides and sandwiches🥪. There is a bar and alcoholic drink menu at the tables🍻🍹🍸. The restaurant is has a sports bar atmosphere with TV's and ball games on.
