I went for lunch January 15th and was unsatisfied with the portion of chicken I was given. I asked for more. I had my 2 yo niece with me so I didnāt pay much attention to the additional chicken I was given. I got home and couldnāt find any chicken really so I went through my bowl and pulled it all out to weigh it on my food scale. 1.22oz..... I double checked online and it says theyāre serving size is 4oz. So I called the store because only getting 1/4 what Iām suppose to is absolutely ridiculous. I talked to a manager named Daboris. He was nice, apologized and took my name for a credit. Fast forward to today, February 8th. I planned to use my credit but wanted to make a call first to be sure. The girl on the phone was short with me, rude tone, talked over me, repeated multiples times and argued with me that Daboris hasnāt worked there since January 9th (even though I know for a fact/ have proof of January 15th because my other niece had a medical procedure done which is why I had my niece). Told me I didnāt have a credit on file and asked if I had my receipt. I told her that Daboris told me I didnāt need my receipt and she interrupted me to tell me, they would take care of me anyway. SO RUDE. Iāll only be returning tonight to use my credit, after that I will...

There was sweet tea in both the unsweet and sweet containers. I told a crew member who said he would let someone know. A few minutes later I asked if someone would be making some unsweet tea and he went back and told someone. A short, small, dirty blonde girl comes out and says she made the unsweet tea herself and it definitely was not sweet. She refused to even taste it and basically said I don't know what I'm talking about, rolled her eyes, and went back into the back. I asked my husband to go try the unsweet tea to make sure I'm not imagining things and he said it definitely has sugar in it. He said it wasn't as sweet as the sweet tea, but it definitely was not unsweetened. Since the employee was so sure she didn't add any sugar, she must have used a dirty container with sugar left in it. I just can't believe she wouldn't even taste it and just automatically called me a liar. I didn't say anything else though since the employees obviously didn't care. It was not busy at all so that definitely was not a factor. Btw, I have pregnancy induced diabetes and literally cannot have sweet tea. All the other fountain drinks are loaded with sugar so I couldn't have any of them either. I paid for a drink and ended up...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo it seems like every time I come in here they are out of everything. I completely understand supply shortages, but they never put a sign up. One time I waited for 30 minutes in a long line only to be told they didnāt have several ingredients that make up a burrito. I wondered why people were just sort of leaving randomly at the front of the line but then I understood. this has happened several times. Again, they never put up a sign. Just print out something that says youāre out of a few ingredients or something. Itās really not that hard. What really grinds my gears is this past time one of the employees waved at me and said hi like a cartoon character, as if to say we donāt want you here because itās 30 minutes until close. It was more of a body language tone thing. When I left because they didnāt have most of the ingredients and I wasnāt a baby about it. I just said OK and left. But anyway, he says bye to me in the same exact smart, Alec cartoon character way. I would say downright hostile for absolutely no reason. I know you want to go home because itās 9 oāclock but your sign says youāre open until 930. I donāt think Iāll be trying this...
