I did an Uber Eats order for a Southwest salad and a cup of fresh fruit, plus a brownie because yes, BROWNIES! The salad was enormous, it could probably feed two. The fruit was a nice mix of things, The delivery was prompt, correct, and everything was so fresh!! I definitely recommend it for folks who want fresh food that's healthy, or those little indulgences that aren't. I'll definitely order from them again. Sorry about the photo of the salad but I dug in when it got here.

Food was good and the kids are in the pool so we had a nice dinner with the girls at home so I was just gonna let them know what you wanted and then we can have dinner at your place and we could go out and have dinner together or whatever a bit steep found a knife in my ice cream coulda got hurt

Arrived famished. Left full! If you're really hungry I recommend the New Yorker. Huge sandwich of pastrami and corned beef with swiss and brown mustard served on marbled rye. It's so good I can't get past that sandwich to try anything else! My wife love love loves the southwest Cobb salad.

While the food at this location is good, the issue we've had with management as much as we order (over 2500.00 in the month of August 2025 alone) is inexcusable in missing items and money spent deemed as "non-refundable". I've called 5 times in the last month when it comes to being shorted potatoes, salads, side items and had been very patient with Nick (General Manager) when he's promised to do better. Today, and once again, I ended up missing my lunch. I called and Nick answered the phone. This time, I asked him again as to why this continues to happen, reminding him that his excuse 3 weeks ago, was that his restaurant was in some sort of employee transition, and the phone call to Nick before that one, he apologized and said they were just really busy. Those are the 3 times I've spoken with him, letting him know that there had been two other phone calls due to missing items and had spoken to another memeber of their team. In the three times I've spoken to him, he conveniently wants to float the issue to Door Dash. It's not a Door Dash issue. Having said that, we've spent on average, anywhere from 79.00-89.00 EVERYDAY at this McAllisters, due to not being able to leave our home via a recovering illness. Nick knows this. So today, upon trying to appeal to his problem solving abilities as a manager and WHY this continues to go on, I was met with paleness and rudeness. Nick claimed that he wanted me to speak to him like an adult even though my tone was straight forward and without malice. He then "projected" a false accusation on his side of the phone, pretending that I had been, as he said, yelling at him". His tactic was to gaslight me and play victim for whomever was standing near him. Folks, this is where we draw the line with an inexperienced manager who lacks the people skills it takes to address a simple fix. There was no concern for the mounting frustration for the loyal customers we are, who just expect to get the items we've have paid for. In all actuality, we've probably lost a couple of hundred dollars in missing items over the course of the last 2 months. At this point though, it seems that Nick wants to tie our hands, knowing our medical situation, while using condescending tones, gaslighting tactics, and unprofessional language in trying to solve a re-ocurring problem. Maybe McAllisters doesn't want our 2500.00 (possibly more) a month? Maybe they feel as though they can afford to lose our business in a shrinking economy and food industry with this type of flacid customer service. At any rate, know this .... McAllisters has great food, however, at this franchise, it would do it's ownership good, if they'd crosstrain Nick in just what customer relationships are all about, and just what that means when repeat customers like us, quit them. And while they're at it, might they address Nicks BS factor, in telling me that he couldn't reimburse me my money for the missing items, when another manager did just weeks ago. Nick blamed this on the McAllisters I.T. dept., in a supposed email he received on the subject of reimbursement. Little does he know that I spent time as a manager in the food industry myself, and an I.T. department has nothing to do with reimbursed funds - that would be the accounting dept Nick. So - again - GREAT FOOD -...

I received a menu with 2 coupons attached from McAllisters so I decided to give it a try. My daughter and I love to try new places and new foods, this was perfect for us!

My daughter choose the pick any two and got 1/2 of a mcaMcAllis club no tomato, no honey mustard and a 1/2 of a justasud potato.

I am a little more brave a choose to get the crandberry orange mcalMcAlli club (replace honey mustard for an amazing crandberry orange sauce!!)

We both decided to try the lemonade, hands down the best around for sure.

Both sandwiches were served up quickly and both were made just how we liked. We hinestho coucould wait to get home to dig in, so we chowed down in our car.

The lemonade is sweet but not overly sweet and it's just perfectly tart.

The sandwiches were mouth watering good, and pretty big if you ask me. I even got 2 of the awesome pickles with mine, which was a awesome score since I love pickles.

They were a little short staffed today, but that did not hender their cheery, upbeat staff at all. Everyone was super helpful to us newbies, and the young lady waiting on us was honest when we asked what she had tried and what she liked the best. Everyone was kicking butt with a smile on their faces, which is apart of the whole experience for us .

We will for sure be back super soon, and we will be regulars before to long. I just have to get my picky husband and 2 boys to have courage enough to try something new.

If you haven't been here yet, run just go now you will not be sorry.

I hope the company sees these amazing reviews and the staff knows how amazing they make each dinners experience by just being happy to...

The food is ok. The people working behind the cashier are always pleasant, however one bad experience can ruin the entire place. So I went in a few weeks a go and ordered a California Reuben to go. I thoroughly enjoyed the first half of the sandwich. However, when I went in for a big bite of the second half, there was a huge long hair smack in the middle of it. I immediately called the restaurant to complain and let the manager on duty know. He was very apologetic and said he would leave two vip cards for me to have two meals on the house. Great, problem solved or so I thought. So last night I went in. I was told if I went to register and gave my name they would give me the cards. Well I went in and first of all they needed to find a manager, which shouldn't have been a huge deal, and yet it seemed to take forever. I explained what I was told and it was like they could have cared less what I said. They seemed to be inconvenienced by my being there to get what I was told I could have. They did comp the meal I ordered but nothing about the second card I was promised or anything else. It was overall another disappointing experience. I highly doubt I will make it back to McAlister's ever again. Y'all messed up, I gave you a chance to make it right and you failed with flying colors. Good...
