I ordered 2 American Double Melts, 2 Double Cheese, 2 BBQ Pulled Porks and a Baconzilla fry. I was waiting for my food, and noticed NOONE in the back had gloves on. I saw my Pulled Porks being made, and brought to the DT operator that noone was wearing gloves and that's not cool. She goes and gets the "manager" (who was the one making my Pulled Porks with no gloves) and she "refunds" the $12.95 on my card but it wouldn't be until the next day. I said "Alright, I'm sorry - I wasn't trying to cause any trouble.." and told me to have a nice day. After about 20 minutes at the Walk-Up window, 2 employees came up and asked me if I needed anything. I said "Um, Yeah I'm still waiting on an order for 4 people.." They lost my order, and didn't even tell me they weren't making it. At this point I was there about 40 minutes total and they said "They aren't making your order." I said "You're not making my order?! Are you serious." They went and got "Rick", which came up and was kinda being a dick about the situation and told me he can't give me my money AND food. I was like "This is rediculous, I've been waiting this whole time for nothing.." He told me he's sorry and to have a nice day. I told him "No, I'm NOT going to have a nice day because I came up here to eat and I'm leaving with nothing and wasted my time." He had a change of heart and asked me what my order was. He acted like I was retarded when I said "Cheese Double Melts".. I was like Geez.. Sorry, Double Cheese's.. They scrambled to make my order. As they are making it, another manager went outside shaking her head mumbling, to smoke and talk to an employee who was hanging out at work off the clock. Rick brought me my order, but the only reason he did that was so I would keep my mouth closed. Well, the no glove thing and the attitudes that I was confronted with have made up my mind. We will not be coming back to Rally's, for the only one in Anderson Indiana doesn't wear gloves, treats me like a hoodlum, and made me look like an idiot waiting for my food that they were too scared to tell me they weren't going to make. Read moreStopped in for lunch around 1230p on a Monday. We went inside to order, instead of opting for drive-thru. Drive thru was consistently busy and it took a few minutes for the lady to help us and another gentleman ahead of us. Our ticket order said 12:42p after we ordered. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 fries, 3 apple pies and 2 drinks. Our order took about 20-25 to be given to us. We waited patiently and watched as the employees worked diligently to get everyone's food made promptly and correctly for drive thru. While waiting a lady came in and was complaining about how long her order was taking (claimed it was taking at least 30 min). It came to my understanding that she had ordered 6 sandwiches (not sure if she had anything else) and another customers order was 7 bites boxes- so customers orders weren't small by any means. So, we understood that our order would take a bit to be made- and we weren't in any hurry. This review is to say thank you for your hard work at this particular location, we have been in the fast food business and know how stressful and annoying it can be for people to complain about stuff they can't see behind the scenes. Read moreHello, I was doordashing and I saw a girl outside distraught and angry because of an unprofessional manager. I actually witnessed the manager attacking her verbally over not wanting her to sell anything with cheese sauce and for not lying about not having any. I was in the walk up waiting because of the long doordash line. When I walked out after the manager was verbally abusing her, I seen the girl stormed off outside and I checked up on her and she told me the manager is known to be loud with people and rude and thinks she can yell at people because she's " manager" and that this isn't the first time the manager has yelled at her employees over minor things and stuff that she wants them to do even though they aren't supposed to be doing that certain thing . I felt super bad for this girl crying and that manager doesn't deserve her title. I almost wanted to leave because it started concerning me. When this girl crying serviced me, she was amazing at servicing me and letting me know the order is being worked on, but the manager was not being nice at all! Anytime I get a doordash for here, I will NOT be picking up here because there is obviously some bullying towards workers and it needs...
