Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anderson

August 2, 5:00pm. Went to my local Taco Bell craving their churros. One car in the line ahead of me. Sat in line AT LEAST 10 minutes, I had been there a few before i looked at the time. Cars were backed up as far back as I could see behind me once I got to the window. After sitting at the window for AWHILE , watching cars pull out of the line and drive away angry, my food finally came. I was trying to be polite and asked the boy at the window “is it all there?” He replied “yes, I watched (him) put it in” Referring to the one other person I could see in the building. Drove all the way home , NO CHURROS. Grrrrrrr I called to complain and the same person that answered the phone got on the phone as “the manager”. I asked his name and he wanted to know why. I explained I wanted to file a complaint and would like to be able to say who I spoke with about it. He refused. Asked what i was missing and I told him. His reply was give me YOUR name and you can come back and get all the churros you want AND a drink. NO THANKS, what should I TRUST you will do anything about this when you are such a bad employee (manager) you are ashamed or embarrassed to give your name. No thanks, I’ll just never do business with this TB and will gladly tell my story EVERYWHERE . I’m sure the other 10 cars in line feel...

This Taco Bell is not known for its speedy service, as of now we had 4 cars ahead of us an it's 10 minutes until we got to the window. Our wait at the window turned out to be 6 minutes for us to get this. A taco salad, 2 dorito locos double decker tacos an a chips an cheese. Pretty simple order you would think lol until it come to the chips and cheese, they got the cheese correct but somewhere they lost the chips part or figured I could take care of it myself. The reason I say that, they decided to give me two tortillas. The best we could figure out, is that I'm supposed to make my own chips. Then when I got home an called the store to let them know that they had forgotten about the chips parts of the chips and cheese. He sounded very much confused, once I had informed him that I wasn't interested in coming to the store just to get chips he said cool an just hung up. This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell's I have ever eaten at I've went in on two separate occasions I like to order the variety boxes which is 12 variety tacos on the first occasion my tacos were nasty and stale I went back for the second visit I again paid the $17 for the second box did not ask for a handout and I received two crushed broken tacos I think contacted corporate told them about the recurring problem with the Taco Bell near me they swore to me that they would do something to make it right and send me coupons or possibly Replacements in the mail it is now two months later and have yet to receive anything not even word from them I have stopped going to the location altogether and Taco Bell for that matter recently without me knowing my mother-in-law made a stop at the Taco Bell on the way home where she bought 2 variety boxes and both were stale and disgusting but I figure why even complain this time my recommendation is to stay away from...
