I just called up there to see about the possibility of reserving a ham and the woman that answered was completely rude going on and on about how busy they are and their line is wrapped around the next building. I simply asked and I definitely didnt ask for the attitude. Everyone knows you're busy. You're not special. All ya have to do is be polite. I'll cook my own ham from here on out. I seriously had to interrupt her with "Whoa! I dont want it with that attitude!" before she ever thought about shutting up with her complaining about her job. I ordered online Dec. 22 and picked up in the store on Dec. 23. The clerk didn’t show me the ham she just put it in the bag. When I got home I put it in the refrigerator and did not take it out until Christmas Day dinner. I was shocked the ham was overcooked and dry. We could not eat any of this ham. These hams taste good, but the $75 ham you get here is no better than the $20 ham you get at the grocery store. It also has about 30% more salt. The place is clean and people are friendly, but the ham mystique and brand name are not worth the extra money.
