I and my Grandson went in to the store and i was giving my Grandson 2 watches i had not used in several years and needed batteries and 1 needed sizing for the wrist band . A lady in the store put in the batteries and she said the gentleman that does the repairs (and i did not get his name would do the resizing . She made out a ticket and put it on the counter it was $25 . The gentleman resized the the watch band and fitted it on my grand son . I was ready to pay and he tore up the ticket and said you already paid . At first i did not understand and then he said thanks for you service (As i had my Navy retired hat on ) i understand then what he meant . I have never had such a wonderful surprise like that and i want to thank them so much . Many people in Anderson do thank me for my 24yr of service and i appreciate that

What a great experience we had at Diamonds-N-Gold Direct ! My wife and I walked in with a design idea for a gold and diamond ring for her. In just over 2 weeks we walked out with a fabulous custom-made ring – that fit both the design criteria and our budget. During the process Donna was our primary Sales contact, however we were fortunate enough to meet and work with the store’s owners (the Stitzmans), additional support staff, and the Ukrainian artisan who actually crafted our ring. This orchestra of people truly define what “a family business” is all about – they are not all related, but they function as a family. They work in unison to provide true service to the customer. Seeing them perform together, and their dedication to a common goal reminds one of the service that used to exist in America decades ago. I have had the opportunity to travel around the country, and around the world - but am so pleased that we found this gem of a jewelry store right here in Anderson. I had the best experience here. My boyfriend’s family had been coming here for years so now that we’re looking for my engagement ring we had to come by. I’ve only been to a couple places just to look at a couple styles but never have I been to a place where you can custom make your ring down to the stone and the setting. I’m so confused still on what I want but Donna helped me so much. She went back and forth with me to show me the different settings and bands I could pair with it. The other places I’ve been have been very pushy on buying today but I told Donna straight up I was finding the style I wanted and getting the price for my boyfriend so he knew what I wanted and that we weren’t buying that day. She ensured me she isn’t a pushy sales lady and that’s the worst way to feel and I didn’t feel like that at all with her. They have so many beautiful stones and settings here.
