Super annoyed. I grew up in tewksbury and I went to perfectos here and there and never had someone be rude to me or have the prices change in one day. But don’t worry the prices didn’t change just the consistency of how the staff works. Yesterday I got a medium iced coffee with caramel and a French toast bagel with peanut butter on the side.. she didn’t put it on the side but I got over it. I was legit the only person in there.. I told the other lady at the register I got a coffee with caramel and a bagel with peanut butter she told me 4.85 and I was on my way. Today I got the same thing. I brought a 5 dollar bill because I was under the impression it would be the same price for the SAME ORDER. But nope apparently today they wanted to charge me for the “flavor shot” when the day before I didn’t. So I paid 5.70 today...Of course my food and coffee still taste good. And some people may think it’s not even a dollar different. But when I said it was 4.85 yesterday? The cashier was grumpy and rude and didn’t care. Read moreI’m honestly super disappointed. This is my third time coming here and the third time they messed up my order. The coffees are way too sweet and when I specifically ask for only a tiny bit of syrup in my latte they always overdo it but that’s not even the main issue. The first time I ordered just the coffee, and it was great so I came back. The second time I got a coffee that was basically just milk and sugar, then a bagel with cream cheese that I asked for toasted and they didn’t toast it. I wanted to give them another chance because I saw a tasty looking sandwich, the spinach egg and cheddar one. I got that and asked maybe 3-4 separate times to add cream cheese and they STILL forgot. The coffee was also, yet again, extremely sweet after I specifically asked for only the tiniest bit of syrup. I will not be returning, or at least to this location as the staff clearly cannot follow basic instructions for orders. Read moreMother’s Day, online order said ready in 10 minutes. Showed up 15 min later only to wait an extra 1/2 an hour in the store while my wife and baby sat in the car. They said 10 min, but I got my order 45 min later, no exaggeration. Ruined our breakfast for Mother’s Day. I told them politely about my order 3 times (2 of the 3 times it was an employee asking me; I did not pester them). When they finally decided to make it, there was no priority over anyone in-store. The in-store line turned over multiple times as I patiently stood there. Manager never acknowledged it and there was not so much as a simple “sorry” when it really should have been refunded.
