Updated Review: I'm not sure why the price range shows $10 - $20 up top cuz that is WRONG, I had put $1 - $10 price range cuz they are very reasonable with their prices! I love this place because when I'm craving a burrito at 1am, I can jump in my truck and drive less than a quarter mile (hop, skip and jump) and get an Arizona Burrito, which is so good! Their prices are very reasonable and portion size of their Burrito is huge! For the Arizona burrito with beans and rice is $9.53 You need to say a Burrito Combo. If you say you want a burrito with beans and rice on the side, it'll cost over $12.
I would have given 4 stars but I'm not very happy cuz I went there and pulled up to the speaker to order at 1:40am just to find out that they've closed even though they're supposed to be open til 2am on weeknights and 3am on weekends, especially cuz I was craving their Arizona Burrito, which is absolutely delicious along with the rice and beans and I couldn't get it since they closed early! The food is great and the prices...
Read moreThis location has gone downhill for a little while now. I used to frequent here with my daughter on our walks, but it feels like the quality of everything went downhill.
Let’s start with the overall vibe of the place. Decor has not changed, however, there is no music and the TVs and hanging but unplugged. Without any sound the restaurant does not feel inviting anymore.
The food quality seems to be suffering. I tried some tacos and the meats were not great. I took a couple of the salsas to go and they tasted like they had been spoiled for quite some time.
I’ll give it some time before I try Maria’s again. I decide to take my business to Abelardos. I do hope you guys can clean things up and get back to how you were...
Read moreThis place is a lot like Abelardos. Same taste and everything. I will say the place seems to be kept clean and the food is a tad bit more fresh but nothing to cheer about. I ordered a torta and the carne asada was over cooked and a little burnt since it's probably been sitting in a food warmer all day causing it to go dry as well. I also ordered chicken nachos and they were pretty bland, tasted a lot like Abelardos nachos. I think the only upside is the sauces, they were pretty good and seemed fresh. I'm glad I tried something new but I definitely won't be back.
Also this place is doomed either way due to its bad location. You can easily pass it by without noticing and there is also a lot of competition...
