This had been our fav McDonalds in the area, till tonight. We jus now left parking lot, its 11:35pm. We ordered at 10:36pm. We understand a new person was being trained, our order was mistakenly given to the car in front of us. We calmly waited at the designated waiting area the Drive-Thru lady asked us to wait at. They must of made many mistakes as other cars were waiting behind us as well. We heard loud screams from the other customers waiting, calling employees names and bashing McDonald’s. We still calmly decided to wait. It was surprising to us the loud obnoxious customers got their voice heard and got their food and the employee’s forgot about us (the quiet patient ones). At about 11:10 we were the only ones there, lights were turned off. We then decided to drive around and knock on the Drive-Thru window, lady there noticed us and decided to ignore us. I then proceeded to walk to the front, where I saw an employee walking out to go home. I as kindly as I could explained we understood their staff situation but that we either wanted our food or some assurance of a refund. She said no refunds can be given. I asked to speak to the shift leader or manager. There was a pig tail guy that came out, and said their system was already shut down. He told us to come back tomorrow and handed us a free meal card. When we had two full meals and two Mcdouble’s we paid for. Employee or shift leader told us manager name was Johnny and to come the next day to ask for a refund. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Totally let us down , we are very...
Read moreThe girls that were working there Tonight on April 1 should really have their employment reevaluated. I ordered the most simplest things for my 2 kids, a pack of apple slices and a chocolate shake. When I got the shake, the entire thing was chocolate syrup at the bottom. I sat there as soon as I pulled away from the window in front of the McDonald’s to get a better look in the light before I handed the drink to my daughter, and at first I thought well if it tastes ok I won’t make a big deal about it And we’ll just go home but I actually tasted it before giving it to her and the fact that it was actually like drinking chocolate syrup out of a bottle. You couldn’t even taste the ice cream part of it for it for it to taste like a milkshake!! I drove to the front doors, walked inside and told them I want a refund, that we will not be drinking the shake because it taste disgusting The girl that actually made it, handed it to another lady there and that lady came and took care of my refund. I even said I don’t even know why that shake was made like that, and given to me, and all the lady could reply is, I don’t know, either instead of reprimanding the person that she knew made it, and also she never offered to remake me one. Sad that McDonald’s employees really think that they are worth more than minimum wage. This just goes to prove that you’re working at McDonald’s and still can’t do your job of making a freaking shake...
Read moreCan I rate them 0 stars?? This was the most disappointing drive through experience I have had in my life. They got my order wrong, and I corrected them at the payment window. Then I had to correct them again at the second window. I was the third car in line with no cars behind me and no cars in the pick up parking spots. They told me to pull forward since they made my order wrong (even though I corrected them previously). All three cars were now waiting for food. The first car got their food relatively quickly. Then, the car in front of me and I waited for HALF AN HOIR for our food. I would have been fine with waiting if that meant they were making my food fresh. but nope, it was cold. Not even kind of warm. I asked if it had just been sitting on the counter, and the runner said "I don't know, I just bring you the food". The fried were cold. My burger (which was WRONG EVEN THOUGH I CORRECTED THEM TWICE!!) was cold. The buns and patty were burnt. What the hell were they doing in there, just sitting around staring at each other?? After I got my food, the car in front of me (that ordered before me) was still waiting for their food....
