Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

Ok, filed complaint to corporate office. I also have pictures, showing my screwed up order. But first, I must say, if you wish to order from the location. Forget it, go to another pizza store. Last Saturday, I placed a simple order online for 1 - Hungary Howie bread, a Sierra Mist and a lg deep dish pizza. I was told because of a massive rush, the store ran out of dough. Thus, this made my order to be delivered almost 75 minutes late. 2 - The pizza, I had, I threw away 4 pieces. My pizza had 3 lg medallion bubbles on it. Actually it looked like cow chips. The crust underneath was burnt and hard. The tops were burnt and hard. The bubbles were huge. 3 - Then my soda request, the sent me Starry, not Sierra Mist. Bill $42.51. I wrote a complaint to corporate the sent it to the store. No attempt was made after a week to resolve issue. I want my $42.51 refunded and coupons. Anything short of that is misrepresented and false advertising. On an email to me, I was told my pizza would be delivered in 40 minutes or less. Now they are trying to say, so they will not refund $42.51, unless the owner approves it. AGAIN, GO TO ANOTHER PIZZA STORE. DO NOT ORDER FROM...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order online, and it said it would be a 40 minute wait. After waiting an hour, I called and they said they’re sorry but they’re swamped and only have 1 delivery driver and my pizza will be on the way soon. Okay, I get it. Finally, after 2 hours and 36 minutes, a STONE cold, dry, shriveled pizza gets delivered. I called them to explain my situation, and the manager told me that he can remake my order but he can’t guarantee a faster delivery time or the pizza being hot when delivered. I asked for a refund, and he told me the only way he could give me a refund was if they “get the food back.” This guy really wanted me to walk a stone cold that pizza I waited over 2 and a half hours for 3 miles back to the store to get my $12 back. For a company that prides itself on being the “home of the original flavored crust”, I was expecting much more from the pizza I ordered. The crust wasn’t even that flavorful, the pizza reminded me of my high school cafeteria. The bread was chewy and too doughy, the ranch was somehow even worse; tangy and watery. The only saving grace of my meal was the deep dish pizza. Though greasy, and a little too bready, the flavor was decent and the pepperoni and crust was crunchy.
